Diablo is more designed for well maintained wheels. If you need to get wheels that dirty clean, I would go in with something like an iron remover first to see what that could clean away first. If that didn't work, you'd probably need either a high PH cleaner or low PH acid to go after that stuff. These wheels are what I would consider EXTREMELY dirty that would require a heavy hitter to go after the embedded grime that's been baked onto the finish of the rims. In fact, they could be so etched by this point with baked on grime, brake dust, and road contamination that they would never come 100% clean. Diablo is one of my go to wheel cleaners but my rims are maintained in pristine condition. It works fantastic for that purpose. So does Griot's Garage Original Wheel Cleaner. Again, for WELL MAINTAINED rims. Not trashed rims like these. Sticky wheel cleaner from Chemical Guys might be a little stronger than Diablo, but it's probably not designed for wheels this trashed. You still need an iron remover at a bare minimum to go after grime this bad, maybe even more aggressive like a high or low PH cleaner. These wheels are pretty bad. A good practice also, after you get the wheels back to as clean as you can, is to use a good sealant like Turtle Wax Seal & Shine as a protectant which has a good resistance to brake dust, road grime, and road salts. It's also super easy to apply as it is a spray on and then immediately wipe it off. Works beautifully on rims.

Darkest tint set up I’ve had was %3 front windshield and %35 over %3 all around (%1) and I’d always drive with the windows up, on camera it looks darker then it does in person, I’ve driven with all shades on my cars and the best set up is %20 all around but that’s only if u have a black car so the tint can blend in more but if u have a bright color maximum I’d get is %35 and darker on the rear if it’s legal to avoid tickets, put up a sunshade on the windshield and cut out the shape of ur windows from sunshades and put them up if u want full privacy on the sides

I’m gonna be going to Florida so the limit is %15 rear windows and %30 front windows and a tint strip, so I’ll be getting %35 on the 2 front and %20 on the back to avoid any risk of getting pulled over
