I have a 2016 charger that's doing exactly this and it's been driving me insane

They shit cars unbelievable lots of videos on this the paint is shit too, and all other a/c vents pop off and distort

This video was awesome information, although I was unsure of doing this myself. I have a 2019 Chrysler 300, I took it to dodge last year to find out what it would cost to have it replaced. 447.00 installed so I put it off and it only got worse. I called yesterday and the door trim ( inner door panel) is now 1060.00 and on back order. Why so much more, because they know they have a problem so they upped the price. Poor quality in their materials and they won't take responsibility because there are so many. So I figured, i had to find someone to fix this problem. I live in Central Florida, I went to repair shop who sent me to his guy, Hectors upholstery in Winter Garden. I took it to him, he had it completed in under 4 hours and repaired 2 doors for under 200.00. I would have gladly paid more for both doors being repaired, he saved me 2, 120.00 and I didn't have to do it myself. So if you live in Central Florida it's well worth the drive even if you live an hour or more away. He repairs all these types of door issues for all the major car dealerships so they can sell the car. Hectors Upholstery 95 E Palmetto St, Winter Garden, FL. The door looks awesome now. Thank you for the video, it really helped in my quest to get this repaired. I wanted to add before & after photos but can't figure out how. Thanks again.

Even if Chrysler/Dodge replaced them at owner’s expense, are they just replacing with the same type of panels that will warp eventually anyway? This should be a recall. Crazy

What exactly warped? The plastic is totally fine.. its the rest that is pealing off of it.. nothing is WARPED at all...

Got the same problem in my wife's 2015 Charger. I've got JB Weld high heat epoxy, supposed to be good to 550F,, it's what I'm used to. After 2 years,, How is your repair holding up?? Even used on ebay, those panels are running $300!!

Yeah I had the same thang happen to my 19 Blacktop Charger! At first I thought somebody tried to slim Jim my door. But then I watched a couple RUclips videos that says the panels warp! So I took it to an interior shop and gave him $200 to fix it. He told me it took him less than an hour. He stapled the panel together somehow. And then used an epoxy over the staples to hide it. Smoothed it out and went over it with black spray paint for interiors.then re attached. Looks nuky

Thanks for the video. I'm in the same situation as everyone else here. Several weeks (months?) of extreme heat down here in TX and the driver and passenger side front doors on my 2018 Charger have started doing this. Can't believe this video is 2 years old with so many people having this problem and Dodge still hasn't issued a recall.
