RPM Steering is a family-owned and operated small company whose primary focus is on steering and suspension products for the off-road vehicle industry. We are known as the “aluminum” company due to the fact that we base our designs off of USA sourced 7075 T6 solid cold finish aluminum links.
We offer more steering solutions than any steering company in our industry. We are constantly driven to find solutions for different axles and applications. In 2021 we are developing Jeep suspensions based on our aluminum products with the same goal in mind...find solutions that simply work better.
Our owner has been in the automotive service industry for almost 25 years. For the last 8 years in the off-road industry as a builder and manufacturer. We thrive on helping the off-road community, regardless of whether you buy parts from us or not. We simply want the off-road community to experience the best ride capability that can be had based on their vehicle's build level.

What size Allen key
What stabilizer you think is better the Falcon Nexus 2.2 or the Fox racing ATS 2.0 ?
Both are great units. However, I like the FOX ATS because the body can be rotated for easier setup.
Mine come with one on it. Should i replace it? Or why should I replace it?
If you have our original falcon clamp with one hole, it is already milled specifically for the falcon. No need to replace it.
Does this work on a 2dr or only the 4dr
Not at the moment, we are getting a two-door soon-to prototype on
Is this compatible with the etorque battery?
Unfortunately the etorque batteries are in the way. Our parallel long arm would work with the etorque.
Why does it look so loose ?
Because it's not fully tightened down. This is just to show how you attach it to your Falcon.
What are the advantages of going with your aluminum arms vs steel?
Aluminum has springback vs steel. Most Ultra 4 drivers and KOH racers use aluminum now for its elasticity. We also lifetime warranty our aluminum links for bend or break.

Does this give full throw of the Sd60 axle with a JK box?
@ozguy2759 Yes, if it is used the way we designed the kit; you should have full throw both directions.
@rpmsteering with what le length ram? I've seen some people claim your set up makes it hard to fit a ram? I'm just figuring out what parts to purchase for my swap.

I have a stock 93YJ. What would make me want to use your bar VS the stock one that's on there? Or just remove them all together.
@krod2162 Most YJ guys delete the track bar. At this time we do not offer a YJ specific track bar.

What is the total weight of the 8 aluminum arms compared to your steel counterparts? Thanks!
They will weigh about the same as the steel. They are solid 7075 aluminum.
Tried pushing as many miles of out my Jeep before I started the full rebuild. I think it’s time
I need to replace my stud. 😑 give you one guess why.
It’s too bad they didn’t include any of this information in the instructions for the tie rod, drag link, and stabilizer bracket I ordered.
I have been looking at a few rear 3 link kits and was wondering how an upper aluminum link would hold up. Glad I watched this video as now I know it is actually just powder coat. Top of the list now.
Yes the 3rd link is .281 Wall DOM as it needs the bend for clearance. Powdercoat finished.

So you don’t ever weld in that middle brace? Or do you weld it in after you get it setup correctly?
Yes you will weld in the middle brace. You just need to use our spacing before welding. Do not follow the artec spacing.

How is the ride for daily driving and off-road Jeep?
Most of our customers daily drive their jeeps and wheel several times a year and love the feel and capabilities over stock. We run all 3 of our shop rigs with the same products and have been daily driving for years. The joints are long lasting and serviceable. Add a shot of grease every oil change and get superior flex over stock, smooth on road feel, and none of the noise that comes with heim style systems.
Already got the trac bars waiting a lil to get some money and order the control arms 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
