No, it's not good if you eat a tortilla like this and, ad a Mexican, it's offensive. If you are making a cooking channel learn how to make proper tacos. This is lazy USA style cooking which is awful.
Of course, this is not an authentic taco. It is not easy for people to cook traditional food of a particular country at home. Besides it's not always easy to get the ingredients. I want you to think of this dish that I made just as a snack version that is really simple and easy to make when you suddenly want to eat tacos.
