so when the creators designed kovu, he was originally supposed to be Scar's son but then the creators released if he was to get married to kiara in the future, that would be incest, so they changed it so he was adopted. Fun fact: Kovu name mean's scar in swahili.

The WORST sequel of all time. A confusing, mumbling mess of a movie. There’s not even one frightening moment. I was a teenager when this was first released, and I had never seen an audience react so violently to a movie before. Food and soda were thrown at the screen, and someone kicked a trash can over on its side and jumped up and down on it. It was almost as if the audience was possessed instead of Linda Blair.

lol so I’m a huge horror nerd; I remember watching this when it was re-released on dvd (or blu ray?) I was about 18 & me; my boyfriend & his flatmates in a cheap to rent- kinda run down flat that had an electricity meter that you had to put money on or the ‘leccy would just run out & shut down. The lads were all about 4-5yrs older than me & most had seen The Exorcist but it had been a while- So anyways we’re all quietly nervously watching this huddled on the floor together & pretty drunk & they were trying to tease me “this movie is sooo scary you’re not gonna sleep tonight” & me being the only girl there was determined that their jibes wouldn’t work- So we’re watching it; and during another scene where pazuzu flashes on the screen (I think in a darkened kitchen scene(?) I’m 41 now so it’s been a few years lol) anyways the lads all shite themselves - so did I & we were going “did you SEE THAT???!” & seeing their genuine fear & panic; I was freaked out too- at that exact moment there was a massive creaking sound & all the electric in the flat cut off! We were all bricking it & these lads were too scared to check the meter & we all thought it was demons!😂🤣😂 in their crappy bathroom that had a massive window with no curtains so it was just a wall of pitch black & I was so scared I refused to go for a pee by myself so I forced my bf to come with me but stand facing the door & cover his ears cos I was too embarrassed to pee in front of him but also refused to be by myself in this creepy ass bathroom! We were so scared that none of us really slept that night & just all huddled up on the floor like we were 12yr olds at a sleepover🤭😂🤣😂! Seeing your reaction cracked me up cos it totally reminded me of how we all reacted the exact same way; but due to the electric immediately shutting off right afterwards we were all convinced that Pazuzu was trying to steal our souls; or that the movie was “cursed for reals” etc- one of my best memories of my 1st time watching this iconic film🤭😜🖤🫶🏼😈

2 important scenes that never made it thru the final cut because Disney back then thought it will be too dark and send bad messages. First we have Nukas death scene. His real last words: “I’m sorry mother, I tried. I guess I finally got your attention, didn’t I, didn't I?” This makes Zira even more barbaric, in that she didn't take Nuka's last words to heart and realize that she'd just thrown away Nuka's life in her quest to get vengeance on Simba. He didn't hate Kovu for being the chosen one. He hated Kovu because he got all the attention from Zira, completely neglecting Nuka. Only in his last moment he finally got his mother's affection. The other scene is Ziras death. Many have wondered why she smile when falling to her death. After Kiara says "Zira come on! I'll help you!" Then Zira grins and with something between a menacing, evil whisper and a hissing she says "No! Never!" And then she let it go, falling down. Her death was a suicide. She was too loyal to Scar to accept any deal with "the enemy".

It wasn’t a bank at all. It was a chapel especially for this third book, followed by building high rise apartment building on top. It’s fun to watch.

This movie is very interesting because a lot of the elements of the games story have been kept (Mike having a sister and a brother who dies tragically) but there have also been some major shifts in character dynamics/relationships (for example, Mike and his siblingis are no longer the children of William Afton). Its fascinating and a topic ive gone in depth on a few times

I absolutely love the character of the Emperor. Dude is so calm he just walks off an assassination attempt without even flinching.
