Nasir was great. He is what influenced a Saracen character being in the 1991 Robin Hood film with Kevin Costner.

I credit this amazing show with my awakening to pagan spirituality...it took me a long time to fully embrace it but all credit to Robin the hooded man. Wish there were more shows like this now

Best robin hood series by a country mile.

Kevin Costner wasn't fit to lick their boots. A compelling series, it was bold enough to interweave Celtic legend/tradition and often bordered on folk horror. Nothing's forgotten. Nothing is ever forgotten.

Like, I daresay she's kind of the best one. She's an active and equal part of the team, she's no more a damsel then the boys, and unlike the 2006 version (which...isn't as bad as some people say, but I'm not as fond of), she's just allowed to be an action heroine without the need of secret disguises and restricting her with her femininity every five minutes. Just kind of love that for her.

Even as a child in Nigeria watching this series growing up I couldn't help but wonder why the Soundtrack of Robin of Sherwood was so mythical and magical!! It always made the series so wholesome and epic while watching an episode. This would remain one of the best series ever created.
