From issues with long distances, accommodation and food insecurity, multiple river crossings, and a falling injury in which I made an absolute fool of myself, this “vacation” was not feeling very rejuvenating. Today’s bad weather was the last straw, and I decided enough was enough. So I checked myself into a castle, hoping to get some rest and relaxation.
