    Bilstein shocks totally change the ride feel on a truck. I bought Kyb first couldn't feel the difference then I bought Bilstein for rear and it drove like a car. I went Bilstein up front too. They are pricey compared to most brands but they ride soo much better than any shock on the market.

    Makes it literally a tiny bit quieter but the main problem doing this to your generator is that it loses power! Don’t think so then look it up yourself! It ruins your generator because it makes it work twice as hard and before you know it, the rings will wear out and the engine will start to backfire big time! Just make a barrier with wood and foam and I bet you will agree that it works better and doesn’t ruin your generator

    • @insanelandtoy1
      @insanelandtoy1 3 года назад

      I used a Clarke 130 110v welder. However if you plan to do any kind of extensive welding I would recommend buying a 220 Volt Welder from the beginning. A 110 welder is not big enough to do frame style welding. It is only good for Sheet Metal work

    You DON'T need to remove wheel well. Use a stubby wrench and put it on top nut. As for bottom. Cut strap. Let it go. Jack up frame until shock is where you need it. No muscle required. You worked way to hard on it. lol. You're welcome.

    looks like good project but you cant see it because your camera was exposed to the sky and that made the video dark and unable to see anything (other than the sky). Also some of the video before that seen were on its side - they need to be rotated so we don't have to rotate our laptops or tilt out heads. Also, instead of having music in the background, why not have you talking through what you did at each step. Consider re-doing it and deleting this video. I think it would help lots of people.

    I've made green and white but not blue! I used blue to light the floors in my boat and I'd say green is much brighter then the blue! you could hang them wherever however if you are just using for light! I'm not a professional by any means so I don't have all the answers. lol I just build what works for me and saves me money!

  • @theQuido
    @theQuido 8 лет назад

    I'm interested in making something like this for bow fishing in shallow water. Would these work well if I hung them horizontal off the side of the boat? I'm also thinking of using blue LED's since blue is supposed to penetrate the water better and I'm not worried about whether it attracts baitfish or not.
