I'm the same way, it took a solid month after coming out until people actually started to believe me. People would just say "But you listen to Tool, Cannibal Corpse, Iron Maiden etc., shouldn't you be listening to Madonna?" But I think in the end, I helped a lot of people to see that gay people aren't just a stereotype.

Great video by the way. My main concearn about becoming vegetarian is getting all the essential nutrients that I need. Some vegetarians I have seen before almost look pale and not well. Then there are some that look really healthy. Right now, planning all that out seems very overwhelming. The reasons I even consider being a vegetarian is for health reasons. I have no issues with people eating meat but like you I do not like the treatment of animals in the slaughter houses.

I relate man, I'm gay too but thats just a part of me. Rock and Metal is my life though. And to any metalheads that are homophobic, just remember the Metal God himself, Rob Halford, is gay and would kick your ass

Being gay is about much more than music and stereotypical scenes. If you wouldn't believe the hype of a str8 personal telling you that somethings wrong with you, don't accept it from gay people either. Also, there's no need to feel as though you are alone in your musical tastes. I've liked heavy music my whole life and I thought myself alone in that until the advent of the internet.
