    Iodine is found in eggs, fish and dairy. If we eat these things is supplemental iodine required?

      Yes. Dr. Bright addresses the issue of soil depletion, pollution in ocean, etc. She did a video with Dr Berry and she mentions it in that video. She advocates J. Crow’s Lugol’s Solution 5%. She said you’ll have to search for it because it’s 5%. She’s done a ton of videos discussing iodine if you do a YT search; “ Dr Bright iodine.

    So great. I'm also a somatic trauma recovery and transformation coach and I've been a manual therapist in practice for 30 years. This really is the future of medicine, especially adding in the nutrition for trauma healing/lowering inflammation piece. We're getting closer to helping people more effectively! We need soooo many more therapists and doctors doing this!! Blessings! 💜

    The lady with a bmi of 24 wanting to lose 10 pounds and struggling to do so……a bmi of 24 is good. She did say she can’t “hold it there” so I don’t know if she meant she cannot keep her bmi at 24? But 24 seems like a good number so I’m not sure exactly what is feeding her worry?

    I start HRT THE SAME DAY AS carnivore, I was about to die, in and out of the hospital, they did not know what was the problem, one night my heart start rising and this voice goes take off the patch I ignored the voice then the voice whispered again this time i listened guess what the heart becomes regular and the pain subsides in about 1 hour I called the doctor he said I should stop the hormones and only use testosterone, I did, the heart burn was up the roof I stopped it also Now I’m going to heal my stomach and eat very slowly and lightly until I see what I can include in to my diet, any recommendations please 🙏

    I ferment gluten-sterilized green buckwheat and other cooked foods. Boil the product and add Lactobacillus reuteri starter. And it makes great vegan probiotic foods.

      Great question and an ongoing N = 1 experiment! Only way to really know is running a GI stool test every 6 months!

      Dr. Sean O'mara recommends carnivore plus ferments, that is the fastest way to reduce visceral fat according to the thousands of scans he made in his patients, he also recommends sprinting as the preferred form of exercise.

    Gluconeoenesis is a big stress on the body. My blood sugar, cholesterol, pressure... all got worse in high fat...i stuck with it for 14 months and found bioenergetic and sound great now. The podcast called The energy balance

    Im thankful I'm healthy abs can eat anything. I can't imagine just eating meat... what a drag! Id rather help my body be able to digest ask kinds of healthy food. No elimination diets for more than a month. Ridiculous. The Bible tells of people eating all kinds of food including bread... and that's a few thousand years ago

      I don't think so- I asked that about creatine and it was a NO so I would think/guess iodine in hot water would be damaged. I just like to drop it in water and take it as a shot!

    I love her and she does look very healthy but I feel like she would be happier on BHRT, her mood is kinda flat in several interviews. It could be personality but hormones play a huge role in that too. I can’t agree that women aren’t going to be healthier on BHRT and some of what she blames on low thyroid is low estradiol. brain, heart and bone health dramatically suffer post menopause.

      Her personality is logic based, if you want someone to exude emotion, that usually comes from a personality of a feeler. Think of Oprah, she is a feeler. 2 types of people out there, feelers and thinkers we all fall into one category. Technically we all can do both, just we prefer one over the other like handedness.

      B1 (Thiamine): Can cause beriberi and Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome, common in alcoholics. B2 (Riboflavin): Symptoms include sore throat, mouth cracks, and inflamed lips. B3 (Niacin): Leads to pellagra, with dermatitis, diarrhea, and dementia. B5 (Pantothenic Acid): Rare, but can cause fatigue and muscle cramps. B6 (Pyridoxine): May result in anemia and a weakened immune system. B7 (Biotin): Rare, can lead to hair thinning and brittle nails. B9 (Folate): Causes megaloblastic anemia and, in pregnancy, risk of neural tube defects. B12 (Cobalamin): Common in older adults and vegetarians, can lead to anemia and neurological issues. FYI... folate is B9

    I started Iodine supplementation 1 month ago after watching lots of videos by Dr Bright. This week my body temperature is finally getting normal. After decades of it being between 96 to 97ish, I'm steady at 98.1-98.3 I tolerate heat sooo much better now and living in Florida that's a big deal! Thank you Dr Bright & Coach Debbie for bringing this info to light!! ❤

      I don't understand how much she says we should take. I use Mary Ruth's organic iodine which is 250 mcg per day but it doesn't seem to be enough....

      @@maryharter1880 make sure it’s got iodine AND iodide .. Lugols 5% is what Dr bright recommends…. Patch test on your left inner wrist can help you determine how mama drops you need .. if it almost disappears in 6 hours or less you are severely deficient.. that was me, I started taking 14 drops a day … I am under Dr Brights care …. She is brilliant!

      I am in Florida too and log term hashimotos with temps still in low 96’s. I would love to know your daily regime if you can share with me. I stopped my NP thyroid and am on Thyro-Gold, do keto/carnivore (am also a type 1-diabetic) and can’t afford Dr. Bright since I got laid off recently. I have a decent background on natural health and healing.

      I think There's a difference between red light therapy and the red laser light therapy. The red light therapy is useless from what I hear.

    My night sweats stopped 2 days after starting carnivore. How do you wean off of bio identical hormones? Is that in your book? I’ve been on them for about 20 years. I tried to wean off, and got bad heart palpitations, and fatigue, anxiety,etc.

    Saunas aren’t good??? I thought sweating was a good detox. I find my infrared sauna very relaxing. I usually get a short nap in it, and then feel refreshed. It gets me out of fight and flight.

    How many hours after Armour thyroid dose do you test? I take my Armour early morning. When I test late afternoon, I test higher in T4 and T3, and lower TSH. When I test the next Morning, about 25 hours later, my T4 and T3 are low normal, but TSH is too low.
