Where are the Drone Videos??? a.k.a. Channel Update
Don't lie, I tried it, and it brought my beard back too! 😅Good stuff, thanks!
What DC power adapter would you recommend for the CX100?
For the CX100, I personally use the power adapter from Molus X100. It was also possible to purchase them separately some time ago, but for some reason I can't find them in their shop at the moment. I suppose what matters would be to find a power adapter with the same specs. And the specs for the power adapter I use are: Manufacturer: EDAC Power Electronics Model: EA11011M-2400 AC input: 100-240V, 2.0A, 50-60Hz DC output: 24.0V, 5.0A, 120.0W Actually this seams to be the one I have - www.conrad.com/en/p/edac-power-electronics-ea11011m2400-bench-psu-fixed-voltage-24-v-dc-5-a-120-w-2467891.html?
@@MikusAusters Thank you so much! i was at lost that nobody is selling the DC adapter for this light! Many thanks for taking the time!
You're welcome! Cheers!
What are the options of using this light outdoor when the build in battery drains out? Would you be able to suggest a battery/power bank option and the wire that would power this light once internal battery drains out? I am asking because I cannot get it started with my power bank. Thank you
Ohh yes! It is a challenge to find the right cable an power bank match. Actually what I use lately to power it is GOOLOO GT3000 Jump Starter - amzn.to/40upNon It is a 3000A 100W Power Bank Charger Box with Jumper Cables and I can use it to power this light and to jumpstart my car in cold morning when the car won't start. :D Plus it came with a suitable type-c cable that works to power and charge the CX100.
@@MikusAusters Thank you!
thank you sir! you are a lifesaver!
Great! Happy to hear it was helpful.
You are a creative mind 😃👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Can you stack 2 on top of eachother ?
Good question. In theory you can, because the filter threads are there, but I don't know how it will affect the footage since I don't own two of them. Would be interesting to test it at some point.
Just bought 🤩 it will arrive in a few days, OMG what an upgrade it will be
That's awesome!
Picked one up today, brand new in the Styrofoam packaging for 50 bucks!
Oh wow. Sounds like a great deal.
i have the 20 and the 40. for run and gun cell video these fit in my pocket. perfcet! a drawback for the 40 is the edges are slightly rounded so it wont sit on a flat surface. the mc20, i know its not discussed here, has flat sides. zhihun looks to be winning the indoor led market.
Ohh... thanks for pointing it out. I didn't noticed that. Well for the M40 you could use the angle adjustment arm to place it on a flat surface (if the space allows). That actually seems a more stable way.
Clear the cage..
Could try that.
You don't necessarily need a p.K.Installer. go to settings and allow permission of unknown and unverified apps..
Cool. Thanks for letting us know.
Didn't work
That's unfortunate. Hope you will find a different way to solve it.
Sony A7 3. Stupid method no works. Red laser linia still on every photos. On my country no service Sony center available. Everywhere this useless recomendation. 150 days of search... Every news foto have a Red laser linę on center of kadr
Probably that's a different problem for your camera. In this 'how to' I talk about separate pixels and not whole lines across the photo. And sadly after searching for what you describe I also didn't find any information if that issue can be resolved.
I use Samsung Galaxy A50 and it's working fine without any issues since for the first time I installed. I download it in November 2024.
Nice! It's good to hear it is working without any issues.

Can you recommend the best mount for a phone for this? I just coped this for $80 brand new got a steal of a deal and im stoked!
Haven't used a lot of them to say which one could be more suitable. But probably one that could be easily switched from horizomtal to vertical position.
I've already tried to find a way to fix the balance of the gimbal. I did it 7 times with my Samsung Galaxy Edge 7. It won't stay balanced if I turn on the power button.
hmm... hard to tell what could be wrong there. But it doesn't sound right that it is balanced before turning on the power button and then suddenly looses balance.
@@MikusAusters Well, alright! I've already figured out how to adjust the axis movement with my phone. The gimbal is fixed now!
Awesome! Great to hear you got it fixed!
Having trouble with Nikon D750 fitting right. Any advice? It’s not on the compatibility list but assumed that was for controlling the camera, not the gimbal itself.
My guess is that the D750 is just too big for the Crane M3. If so, then there is nothing really that can be done about it.
Very good review and comparison. Just ordered the 40w.
Happy to hear you found it helpful. Cheers!
Could you please advise what camera + gear I need for luxury watches videography? Thanks in advance
I don't think this can be answered shortly. It depends on a lot of things, like the gear and camera you already have and/or have worked with, skill and other factors. Also for what kind of look and over all style you would like to go for. And while the list could get pretty long what of the first things to look at could be a decent macro lens or a probe lens.
the size of the fresnel lens does not impact the brightness of your light! =a 60W COB with a mini fresnel has the same brightness (if not brighter) like the same 60W COB with bowens adapter and a big fresnel. also consider, even most of the COB lights share a bowens mount, the placement of the COB chips is different, so you will get different results from different fresnel lenses. best use the manufacturer fresnel to be on the save side
The first time I tried this gimbal, it did not balance correctly, I just put it in the middle and adjusted so that in the normal position it does not have unbalance (without it remaining balanced in all positions).... I did it for less than a minute with a 250gs smartphone.... do you think it won't affect it?
I don't think it has harmed your gimbal, but it might effected it's performance at that particular time. Could it affect the gimbal and it's performance in the long run? I think yes. Hope this video helps you to understand how to balance it properly. And over time it will be intuitive and fast for you to do. So I suggest balancing the gimbal properly for best results. How fun recording!
How to setup with sony 6400
I haven't used a Sony 6400 personally, so I am not sure exactly. But I suppose the steps should be pretty similar.
Hey my friend, I've tried change the date 2 months ahead, didnt work out, I tried the directly pixel mapping and also didnt work out, I don't know what to do, can you help me?
Hmm... strange. What camera are you using? Also some peeps mistake that this will bring back their lcd or view finder pixels, but this is just for the sensor and pixels you can spot in the footage.
It's crazy that this works, how is this such a simple solution? What makes the camera behave this way?
How I understand it is that the camera does the pixel remaping every couple of months. So, by changing the date manually, you make the process happen faster than it would be automatically.
hope you read this... after spending hours beating my chest about this issue, considering my sensor dead since nothing worked, I realized that the red dot only appears when I record in XAVX S 4K format and stops appearing when I record in XAVC HS 4K and in XAVC S HD.... curious isn't it??? I don't know if you're more confused or less but it would be cool to analyze why... I hope you read this
Alright, that's some interesting stuff right there. Whenever a red pixel will appear for my camera, I will check the other formats two. The last time a red pixel appeared, it was for the photos and video, but I didn't think of checking if it affects all video formats or just one. One thing is clear, the positioning of the pixel slightly changes because of crop and what part of the sensor is in use.
So if you use only see you wireless it’s not working right? Because I tried to use the C Cable but it’s not work.
For the type-c cable to power the light, you have to have a powerful adapter that outputs more than 100w, and also, the type-c cable has to be able to deliver that power. Otherwise, the light doesn't receive the necessary power.
@ Thank You Very Much
Cheers!
To much money!!!! $49.99 is kinda better!!!!!
He he! Yeah... $4.99 would be even better. 🤭 But that doesn't seem too reasonable, does it.
Should i replace my Dji ronin SC with this?? Is it worth?
Hmm... I'm not sure I can answer this as I haven't used the DJI Ronin SC much, and for too many years to remember how the gimbal performed. But as for the Cinepeer Weebill 3E, I personally enjoy working with it. It does everything I need the gimbal for, and this has also been my main gimbal since I started using it. But I also have the wrist rest and sling grip accessory, and I really feel like that makes a difference when using a gimbal.
It's still not easy to turn on holding the button, is badly designed
Some people accidentally turned on the CX100 when they put it in the bag, which burned the bag, so they upgraded the firmware and changed the way to turn it on
Dude, you're the man! My ZV-E10 was giving me a dead white pixel and I was fearing the worst but after trying your trick, the picture is as good as new 🙌
Awesome! Happy to hear this also helped your ZV-E10!
So you wouldn’t recommend this I wanna use it with a 70-200 for sports videographer
I probably would go for a sturdier tripod. I think the videohead is not ideal for what you are describing. You might experience jitters in the footage, especially on the long end when zoomed in. I have switched mine to a ballhead lately. But that doesn't sound like an option for your case. At least I thing I would rather use a video head for sports videography. But I have to say that this is just me wondering about the subject and I have not tested that kind of setup with this tripod. I might be wrong, but this is what I think as of now and the experience I have hade with the tripod. Hope it helps :)
@ sorry to bother, but is there one that you would recommend? I would like to use an extra monitor with extra battery and the 70-200 lens I have a Sony a7r v . Body it’s black Friday week so I’m looking for ones to purchase
@@MikusAustersI’m looking at this one iFootage Cobra 3 CB3 C180F Carbon Fiber Monopod with Mini Tripod Base
Yeah, I think your setup sounds to big for this tripod. It's also hard for me to suggest anything else because when it comes to sports videography I shoot either handheld or using a gimbal.
this worked for me! my a7iii had a small string of dead pixels in all my videos and this fixed it right away! thank you!!
That's awesome! Happy to hear this video was helpful for you!
This or crane M3S??
If you plan to use only a super small setup and a smartphone, then Crane M3S could be an option. But if you are looking for a camera gimbal, then I would say definitely the Weebill 3E.
why are you changing to a7 IV month? There is also this pixel remapping function in the menu and it is called that)
True. At the time of recording this video I was not aware of it and as far as I know some camera models don't have that. So this is like more universal approach to get it fixed. But yes, 100% that it is much easier and quicker with the Pixel Mapping. Cheers!
worked on my a5100 tysm!!
Awesome!
My P hone glaxy A13 but not install what rijon
Yeah... I think the A13 is not on the supported smartphone list.
Do you know how the 203 model differs from this 223 ?
Not sure entirely, but one of the differences seems to be that 203 is made of aluminum.
Nice!!!
Cheers!
Nice! Guessing thats a A7Siii, which arca swiss plate and rig cage are you using? Keep it up!
Thanks, Alex! That's actually a7sii with Tilta cage. And the plate was the one from the tripod itself.
Nice video. A good alternative would be the new Godox ML100bi which comes with a mini Fresnel 15 degree attachment. If only you could attach barn doors to it, I think it would be the perfect small light with a fresnel lens.
Much appreciated! True, the ML100bi looks good, though I haven't used it yet. I wonder how much difference in light output could be between these two.
Awesome review. Purchasing now. Thank you!!!
Nice to hear you found this video helpful! Thanks!
This helped me out, friend!
That's awesome! 🎉
Worked on a Sony ZV-E1. Thanks 👍 Wonder if I got the dead pixel from overheating, is that possible? Recently installed the 4k 120p update on the ZV-E1, been using it a bit and a couple of time the camera shutdown because of overheating, I wonder if that can cause a dead pixel.
Awesome! Glad this video was helpful for you. I am not entirely sure, but I don't think that overheating should cause dead pixels.
@@MikusAusters Hey, thanks for the response. Since yesterday I have done a bit of research on the subject via google and other youtube videos. I found this : 1) They are usually called hot pixels or stuck pixels, while the term "dead pixel" is actually a pixel that stops working entirely and will always be black. The hot/stuck pixels can be fixed but the dead pixels usually can't (from what I understood). 2) Sensor overheating actually seems to be the most common cause of hot/stuck pixels. People usually get them when doing long shots like time lapses, or just any type of shots that can overheat the sensor, like I did with too much 4k 120p on the ZV-E1. 3) Some newer cameras actually have the Pixel Remapping feature directly in the menu, like the FX-3 and, after checking the ZV-E1 also has it. So for those cameras changing the date isn't necessary, although it works as well, as it did for me after I watched your video I found a nice article on the subject that I will link in the next message (message was deleted, probably can't use links)
This is sooo good to know! Thank you so much for sharing this with me and others who may come across this comment! 🙌🏼
@@Attya-y2y Thanks for the info, I just bought a ZV-E10 II and it arrived with hot pixels, fortunatelly this video helped fixing them. How can I use 4k120fps on the MkII? Can you paste the link with replacing dots with commas?
@@ASDosjani Hey, good that you managed to fix your hot pixels. I didn't know you could buy one that already had them, was it a used product or new? As for 4k120fps on ZV-E10, I really wouldn't know. I have the ZV-E1, and I had to do a firmware update to be able to use 4k 120p, not sure about ZV-E10
Hi, can it hold likes a7s3 rig with v mount and monitor ?
It might hold it, but I think it could be too wobbly. By the way, the max load is 5kg (11lb), according to the Spec sheet.

Does the fan start working immediately or after some time when warmed up?
Just when the heat rises and as much as needed to prevent overheating. So if the light is on 100% the fan is spinning pretty fast, but on let's say 50% brightness it spins slower.
What do I do if it doesnt even want to download it says download failed
Thanks, worked but sketchy, got a call 2 minutes after downloading and registering👀👀Terrible for Android, shame on DJI. No loyalty
I also hope DJI can improve their service for Android users in the future.
