I think it would add context if you mentioned that the lake water level had increased to over a meter above its normal level over this same period of time. This more than anything led to the closure of Beach Dr.; the town was forced to deal with that regardless of the pandemic. Thanks for the vid!!

Taking all my grandchildren on their first cruise August 2024! Can't wait, it's been on my bucket list for a while, I was just waiting until they were a bit older. Will be making a stop at Perfect Day that will be perfect for them as they are all water loving children. We are Diamond level and I picked this ship specifically for the bells & whistles and the Perfect Day stop. This cruise will be all about them. I am making swag bags and totally geeked about this upcoming cruise. Later in year doing adult cruise on NCL to recover from kids cruise! 😂😂I have shared a couple of AOTS videos and they are excited too. They can't believe so much is available on a cruise ship.

I'm not too impressed with the whole parking your car right on the beach thing, it's an area where people want their kids to run around safely and not worry about cars pulling in and out.
