Coming from an extreme-metaller, I always thought this was a really strong song. There's definitely an unsettling amount of darkness in that intro riff, and the chorus too with that dissonance. Much darker than most nu-metal. Great main riff.

Jim's improv is beautiful it's too bad that his more interesting playing is kinda hidden and you gotta dive a bit deep into his stuff to find his unique playing. that's for the most part why Jim is just considered an average guitar playing from outside prespective simply cuz Jim doesn't really show what he is truly capable of skill-wise
