Oct, 2024. Mod works for me. Very smooth. Got up to 250 fps maybe more when running around. In the .Ini file there is an option to add a FPS limit too. I Set mine to 144 fps for my 144hz monitor, just to be conservative with my pc and power usage.

You can go above 60 fps with frame generation to make it a fluid experience, even if your monitor is not being able to display it. The extra frames, and their frame times if setup correctly, will make everything feel more smoothly, even when you can not actually see the extra frames on screen. It's a numbers game, basically, specifically with the frame times. It also has its limits, and I realized it works best with excellent upscaling algos like native DLSS (so NVidia card owners have an advantage here) for Lossless Scaling's frame generation to use as input frames. It is, of course, better to have a monitor that can display more than 60 fps (like the 100 Hz, the 144 Hz and the more prevelant 165 Hz monitors - mine tops out at 180 Hz, which makes Cyberpunk 2077 at x3 frame generation and a moderate frametime of 19 ms (average) with 180 frames per second at 1080p a total breeze), but it doesn't hurt to let Lossless Scaling go beyond the display capabilities of your monitor if (!) your graphics card can take it. I play Cyberpunk with an average of 160 fps at 1080p with high to ultra settings (LS set to frame generation x3, no upscaling other than "balanced" from the game itself as the input) on a crappy RTX 3050, 8 GB. This is as low as it can get (maybe the RTX 3050 6 GB is worse) and it still is a super smooth experience with a minimum of distortion from frame generation. So, yeah, experiment a little, see what works best for you and remember: Frame times (aka: Input latency) are more important than FPS. x4 frame generation sounds good, but it slaps an additional 15% of frame time onto the fps, and everything that exceeds 25 ms is beginning to feel sluggish.

It's probably strange that the Card's temperature is over 80 degrees Celsius, while this game is not a product with heavy graphic. I've seen many videos related to GTX 1660 and GTX 1660 Super and neither of those overheated. Maybe there is some conflicts between Silent Hill 2 Remake and GTX 1660Ti

I got an 8x in msfs2020 (just for fun) adding built in frame gen + 4x LS. Quality was not that bad at all probably because is a slow "game". Bye bye rtx 5090

Basically use x2 mode with max latency set to 1 dont use v sync and I use fsr optimized version and it does not look bad at all you guys just dont know how to use this

hopefully we can do Gestures soon ingame - not possible at the moment... think there are even some interactions where u need to do Gestures

Ok so let's stop the cap here : I tried Bloodborne today on my pc. I have a pretty decent pc, and It's NOT WORKING PROPERLY. It's laggy, there is only half of the sounds ingame and there are TONS of texture problems. You won't be playing bloodborne until AT LEAST 2025. It's promising, but we're FAR from a playable state.
