What is the time period of 200 hrs yoga teacher training???
Victoria namaste. Thanks for this informative vlog on your experience at that Yoga school. I've been mediating since 2009 and doing Haath yoga since 2013. I've been planning to do a Meditation and Yoga TTC for a couple of years. I've been to Rishikesh twice and the last time was last October 2023. Rishikesh is phenomenal from my experience. Is there TTC for meditation at that school you attended?
Whats the price for 200 hour and 500 hour ??
