This Simple Habit is a Productivity Super Booster
Can’t wait for the “focus modes” video, I feel like using them would be life changing but even tho I’m a tech savvy person I have no idea how to make the most out of them 😅 (Sono italiano ma ho preferito commentare in inglese per gli altri)
Me: Trying to focus on the video Also me: I wonder who would win in a figure battle between Toon Link and Rayquaza
Why Apple Watch display off? Why google cal better than apples? I use same exact method as yours with things and through the watch I put all my tasks.
I have experimented with so many productivity systems and apps but this trio is what I always return to. Simple is better!
Sei simpatico 🙂 Il poop pad è utile.
How do you define what should be placed in areas vs resources? I’m struggling with it since I’ve started to working with PARA method. Almost all of my “resources” are matched in a some way with some “area” folder, so for me it often leads us to an overcomplicated structure. What’s your opinion?
The way I categorize them is as follows: any actionable information like how to invest your money goes into the Resources’ section. On the other hand, non-actionable information, such as a list of books on financial freedom goes into the Area section. However, if I read one of those books and find useful information, that actionable content will then be moved to the Resources section. I hope is more clear know!
I have seen some people just combine the two if its easier!
I’m in the same boat! Been trying for years, still experimenting, but it’s getting old. Two apps I use everyday are: Goodnotes (handwriting notes while watching RUclips, daily strength training log, daily time block, etc.) and Reader/Readwise. If I could figure out a way to tie all this together in one system, I’d be a happy guy hahah, grazie mille!!!
Subbed
This is gold. Less, but better. Love the cameo of Kronk in the middle 😂
Finally someone mentioning that ❤️ 😂
@@ChrisCammarano Love that movie 😂
Very nice production quality mate!! Well done. How did you make the animations starting from 00:16? They look super clean!
I wish I could make such goods animation 😅they’re taken from the trailer of the mentioned tools
5:25 I though an insect was crawling on my left ear, please don’t use that audio again 😂
Love it!
Finalmente un italiano che fa questo genere di video 🎉❤
Great vid , Bro gonna get 1k subs 🙏🏼🔥🔥🔥 keep going 🔥🔥
Yess! Still a long way but I’m happy
i have a similar system but with Tick Tick and Obsidian. i make it a rule to use as little tools as possible
Always wanted to try tick tick but I’ll stick with Todoist, I’m so used to it
bellissimo video! Io sto cercando di usare note sempre di più
Il tool per domarli tutti!
I use google calendar, notion ( where i put all my notes) and google tasks.
it seems everything these days is a GAME CHANGER that changes EVERYTHING 🥵
Are we twins?! I have the same workflow, only I swapped Apple Notes for Workflowy but still use PARA to organise my notes and projects. Great video!
Please do a whats on my phone ! this was so helpful thank you!
I definitely will in the future!
amo questo stilo di video !! bravo!
Grazie 💪🏻
Todoist is the app which i am using for almost 3 year now. It's an essential app for me in all my devices , its integration with calendar is awesome makes it easier to schedule tasks ( in both ways) I use notion for note taking or my default notes app (in samsung). Both works fine. It get my things done. ALWAYS REMEMBER COMPLEX SYSTEMS ARE OVERWHELMING AND EVENTUALLY WE STOP USING THEM.
Perfect 👍👍👍
what brands are the headphones?
Koss Porta Pro (black edition which I don't think you can find one amazon), with orange Yaxi Pads! Here's the link (affiliate link): Headphones amzn.to/3BAq0gU Yaxi Pads amzn.to/4eVDaUi
One thing I don't understand about the PARA method is that it's useful and clear for organizing project folders, but mostly I need to archive documents, bills, medical reports, tax payments, photos... Where am I supposed to organize these things? Should they all go in the Archive folder? It feels like I’m just moving my mess to a different place. How do you archive this kind of stuff?
Personally, I keep them in the Area section. In the Archive I only put things I’m unsure whether I can delete but will likely not need. Bills, taxes, etc., even though you don’t need them frequently, are definitely things you’ll need to keep
I just use the default apple calendar, reminders and notes.
Great solution if you have only Apple device
Same. Simple. It works. Simple.
What about messages? (Reminders and mail are not really good enough for me)
“Less is More” most definitely 💯
Good video!!!
Grazie!
Great video! I use the same method: a calendar for time-specific tasks, and a to-do list for general tasks. For notes, I use Apple Notes, but for resource management, I recommend Obsidian as a Second Brain. It's a step above Apple Notes for this purpose, allowing you to create connections between notes, visualize them, and assign tags.
Fantastic video!
Thanks Leo!
Great video! You’ve captured almost my entire workflow, even though I use different apps. It’s cool to see others organizing their lives like this too!
Beautiful video Chris as always!
Thanks bro!
so true!!
Yet a truth that is so overlooked
Great content bro!
Thank you!
Agreed...keep it simple... I am recently retired (2 years now) and find that can be very cluttered with house projects, garden stuff, social stuff, planning frequent travel, etc. I think back at my work life with, of course, its own complexity with projects/live meetings, producing reports, etc. AND how all the Office tools (e.g. Teams) and other organizational programs seemed so complex. Now purely using my MacBook Air/Watch/iPad/iCloud, I use basic tools that you mentioned and it is all very manageable. I suppose Google tools would work too. Thanks for reviewing the importance and effectiveness keeping it simple.
Most of the time the answer to our problems is the simple one, the thing is we (I in particular) like to complicate things!
Thank you for sharing this. I really needed to hear it.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment, it helps immensely (and not only for the algorithm 😂)
This is a real issue I struggle with as a content creator
I feel you, a lot 😅
Thank you for this, my anxiety is getting better after hearing this man. Thank you :)
I'm glad it helped 💪🏻
Didn't know i needed to hear this. Thank you

Bro you deserve more subscribers ✊🙏🏼 10/10 vids
Thanks man, I'll get there! 💪🏻
I Love Your Content ❤❤
Great video! Changing my route constantly is crucial for me to be motivated to run. I get many of my top of the line shoes/gear on the Runners Warehouse clearance section for CHEAP. And while road 5ks are many of us start, i really recommend trying EVERYTHING. Roads, paths, trails, long and short, relays and obstacles and whatever else you can find. I was a 5k on the roads girl... now I'm a 50k+ on the trails woman, something i never thought my body could do, but I'm LOVING it!
Great video. Which model watch are you using currently and how’s the battery
Thanks 😊 I use the apple watch SE 1st gen (i have the link in the description of the video). It still works great, didn't feel the need to upgrade (I will for sure when this one will die). You need to charge it everyday, but it's ok. I bought a cheap wireless charging station and thanks to ease of use I never ran out of battery
Thanks for the link. Se 40mm correct ? I use to have a series 4 40mm and the battery suffered back then
The 44mm
Ok thanks. The link shows me a 40mm silver version when I click it
Ops, my bad! I updated the link, grazie
I like the track for my tempo and intervall running
In the middle east you can do even more than that and it may cost 50$ (may)
That would definitely cost over $100 in NYC.
Yeah, probably! Can't wait to have the budget to flew to NYC and do an actual side by side comparison!
@@ChrisCammarano America sucks, stay and be grateful you live in west europe. Trust me im an american
I use the renpho scale and Runna app too!
Now I'm in a hospital, just need to exist and heal, your videos make it more cosy to spend my time here.
