The bushes were fitted correctly. The new bushes have the words 'L / R out' on one side in raised lettering. That means once fitted, that side should be facing outwards as marked. I found the method described to be the quickest and easiest way, just my personal experience.

It was the *stator* that had failed. Previous video shows charging voltage at 11v. Much too low. This video was a follow up AFTER the stator and reg/rect had both been replaced. Video shows 14.5v @ idle, perfect for this bike. Previously, each stator output wire was tested and failed the voltage test. Once removed there was visible burning to the coils. The rectifier tested fine once the stator was replaced, but I replaced it anyway as a precaution and kept the old one as an emergency spare.

@@magoomagoon have the same problem now on my verys 650 in Thailand , no charging , order new stator and gasket, alson order rectifier on same time, seems to be common on Kawasaki, always riding Honda during 20 years, newer happend me before

Has something else at the back. There is no anti-roll bar at the back, but it has some other type of bushing which is notoriously more difficult to replace

Yes, you can do it with the wheels still attatched. The reason I removed them was to give a little more work and wiggle room when fitting the new bushes, also gave me chance to check over everything else there.

If you discriminate against foil you will also discriminate against gold as they give the same target response. There isnt a detector on the market that can reliably descriminate against the two. If you are detecting parkland and only want to find silver and ignore everything else, edit a custom program rejecting all the VDI numbers you dont want to dig and accepting the ones you do. Have a look at the side case of the XLT and it will give you a good idea of the VDI number scale and what to accept/reject. Personally I only reject anything below +3 and accept everything up to +94. you will eventually be able to tell a good target from bad simply by the sound and only use the display as a secondary confirmation. hope this helps! Magoo Magoon so I have a an i7-4770k with 8gb of ram and also a gtx 770 how can I get frame rates like yours I’m getting frame stutter and I’d like it to be smooth thank you

​@@gta5live443 From what I remember GTA5 was not only very CPU intensive and very RAM hungry, it ran a hell of alot better from an SSD rather than a HDD. At the time I had an overclocked 2500k running at 4.8ghz with 8gb of corsair vengance running at 2133mhz. Was pretty quick for its time, but a 4770 should smash it! I dont think you'll have any problems CPU/RAM wise which would leave the question on wether you're running an SSD or HDD? If you havent got an SSD I'd definitely recommend one... the samsung I was using when I made this video had up to 540MB/s sequential read and 520MB/s write, I think a half decent HDD could only manage 100mb/s at the time. You should be able to get something much faster now! Hope this helps.

Crank it over one further Revolution, and align back to the T. This will mean you are at top dead centre

Normal way to start is to pull the decomp lever in, fuel on, give it three big kicks with choke. Decomp off then crank it round to top dead centre, one last kick and it should start. If that doesn't work after a couple tries check the jets aren't blocked in the carb. If it's a bike that's new to you check the jet sizes incase someone pissed around with them. Hope this helps!

@@magoomagoon iv cleaned tge carb it was working fine znd just start bogging wen pull tge trottele back and just cut out any idea please

@@baztaz922 if it was running well before and is only now bogging it is usually an air / fuel issue. Just double check the jets are clean and gunk free. Inspect the throttle slide While you're in there and check wether the float level is set correctly and moving freely. Check the carb for air leaks and make sure any vent hoses are not kinked. May be worth inspecting the air filter too. Hope you find the fault!

@@magoomagoon iv order a new a filter for it I have has tge bike for a while was run good then stared do tgat so took carb of cleaned and put new sparky in so gonna wait and see if it is the air filter thank for your help I'll let you now

Nathaniel Dickinson yes it's the same principal, but you will need to check the clearance recommendations for your bike as these will differ from the XR4.

roger mark lubaton The battery doesn't have enough charge. If it's weaker than 11volts it doesn't have enough power to turn the starter. The clicking you hear is the solenoid. Give it a full charge and you'll be good to go, if it discharges quickly again it may be going bad.

Rgd250 under the seat along the right side subframe you will see a wire with a bullet type connector on it. If you earth this wire it will allow you to read any fault codes through the flashing FI led. Check the video, hopefully will help.

Bereno Balboa if you look at the left side of the bike just underneath the gear lever you will see a cable running towards the exhaust. Follow that cable and there is what looks like the top of a spark plug connected to the exhaust downpipe. That's the lambda sensor.

Robert MTL exhaust valves towards the front and intake valves the rear

Intake is the carburetor side and Exhaust is the exhaust pipe side.

We'll both of the answer down here are different so I don't know which one to trust

If you have the same system specs as I used to, try adjusting the settings as shown. Hopefully that will make a difference!
