Should i pick TTC Nihil Transparent Black Dot switches or omron opticals switsches
I prefer the Omrons. They are lighter, reliable single clicks, better click lifespan at the expense of battery life. They also feel great in magnesium. If you accidently click your mouse buttons you might want to get the Nihils! They require a bit more force to actuate. Hope this helps, thanks! 🍻
yo whats with the quality from a small channel. great video. subbed. keep this up
I appreciate the kind words! I will do my best to keep the quality increasing! Thanks 🍻
How would you compare to this vs a cheetah? Thinking about 1 or the other. Gonna fingertip as I have large hands
The Mini and Cheetah are my most competitive mice and I use them both pretty much equally at this point. You can't go wrong with either imo but if you prefer: Magnesium, ability to bind keys in software, lower cost, less flex, like/don't mind the side slits I'd say Mini. If you prefer: Carbon fiber, better scroll wheel, better feeling side button profile(clicks are close), honeycomb sides, go ULX. The left/right click are great in both imo but which you prefer will come down to preference. I think the ULX feels like it has more grip on average. Hope this helps and good luck! 🍻
I used a medium sized Tenz mouse for a long time :D but I tried the Sora 4K and I'm sticking with it. The front of the Tenz is too wide for my ring finger because it curves outwards. The Sora is much smoother in curves. And the Omron optical switches in the Sora are the best switches there are. So don't try it ;)
Sora seems like a great mouse but I haven't been able to get my hands on it yet. It's pretty high up on my radar! I prefer Omrons though the best implementation of them in my opinion are in Magnesium mice. I'll have to get my hands on a Sora and see if it will dethrone the Omron+Mag shell madness badness combination for me. It will be tough to rival that crispiness. Thanks for sharing!🍻
Aceu > Tarik
Came from WLMouse Discord by accident honestly. I'll stay for sure. It's really nice to see how did you change in such a short time - you seem way more relaxed and it's a pleasure to listen to you. Keep it up!
I appreciate the kind words and it's great to hear that I'm going in the right direction. I'll continue to do my best to improve o7 thanks for sticking around! 🍻
This is a great video man, please never give up
Thank you very much for the kind words. I don't plan on stopping any time soon! 🍻
is there slam click prevention the mouse or in the software ?
Yes! Software supports slam click prevention.
Update: I double checked and apparently the setting was removed because the mouse was tuned to inherently be slam click proof. Had to double check the discord. Sorry for the earlier misinformation!
@@sibesound thanks
I had a Tarik mouse and it did stain. I try to clean it with 70 percent alcohol but it didn’t work. So I send it back to final mouse and they clean it really good. I still don’t recommend it to anyone until they fix the coating issue. It shouldn’t happen under a month of use
Sorry to hear the 70% didn't work, but that's cool that FM cleaned it. It's probably safer to stick some grip tape on the LMB/RMB to stop it from yellowing again!
well made video, i just got mine today and even prefer it from my ULX
I'm glad you appreciated the video! It is a fantastic mouse and I'm constantly switching between my ULX/Beast-X's. Thanks for the comment 🍻
Nice video man. I've grown to become not a big fan of final mouse and the ulx anymore, but I just think there are much better options at less cost. If I could offer some feedback, when you are doing the zoom-in b-roll type shots, if you don't have a gimble (like me) you can apply a warp stabilizer effect to the clip and it helps a lot with eliminating the shakiness. I'm not sure what editing software you use, but in premiere it's just called warp stabilizer under effects.
Thank you for the kind words and great feedback! As I have just begun my video editing journey very recently this type of feedback is extremely useful. At the moment there are so many things that I want to learn and I'm a bit overwhelmed. Someone coming in with a fresh perspective while I'm in the trenches is great 🍻
Also, I understand about the ULX. There are definitely a lot of great mice out these days and us consumers are benefitting greatly from that. The ULX coating really grew on me to my surprise... but I also adore my WL Beast X Mini. I am still going back and forth which is something I've never done since I bought a starlight a few years ago
@@sibesound yeah of course man. I'm still new to content creation as well but happy to provide tips of what I do know.
Nice Video! Also did you buy those mouse holders from somewhere or are they homemade?

cool editing. less reading a book to an audience, and more just naturally talking to the camera/audience. keep it up!
I appreciate the feedback 🍻glad you enjoyed the editing!
This video is kind of biosed .
Hello! I can definitely see how my enthusiasm about this mouse would come across as bias, and while I have my opinions I try to talk about the properties of the mouse as objectively as possible(as I would with any other product). I hope the video was still helpful to you in some way. Cheers 🍻
what about if you use a mouse wrist rest instead of a gaming sleave? Would it be sufficient?
If you're using a high sensitivity I could see this working, but if your sensitivity is low enough that you need arm movement I don't think it would be sufficient. The former means you'll be using only your wrist though, which can have some negative health implications. Be safe for sure!
Do you prefer the tiger or beast x max? I keep switching back and forth… I really like the extra hump height/clicks of the max, but prefer the coating on the ULX as I feel i get a much better grip.
I find myself switching back and forth a LOT as well. Initially I thought for sure that I was going to like the Beast X Max more just based on the magnesium.. but the coating on the ULX really surprised me. It feels amazing. I find myself reaching for the ULX more often as of late! 🍻Thanks for watching!
ULX Tiger. All day. Plus I am not big on supporting companies that copy other companies. Because the Beast X is a legit copy of the Finalmouse. I don't like it.
first
I love the Tarik mouse! Definitely excited for the Aceu launch :) Keep the videos coming!
Never would've assumed a sleeve can impact that much! Great production quality
Using the Expert Mouse Wireless, i love the clicky panels and the wrist rest attachment.
Omeron optical switches are amazing. Run them. Quality of that mouse is top tier
The combination of Beast X Max with the Omeron's is absolutely wonderful. There's a sound sample of the MAX in my ULX Pro Tarik review! Cheers 🍻
Hi, i wanna ask if my 18x9.5cm hand can handle the beast x max. My main mouse is the Lamzu atlantis og with claw grip so im thinking should switch or no.
Sorry for the late reply, this one slipped by! I think you could handle it but it would probably be a stretch, and as a claw user you have to be careful the holes on the top will not interfere with your grip. How do you feel on your Atlantas? The Beast X Max is slightly more raised towards the front half of the hump, so if you're feeling near your limit already it might be too much. Have you tried a slightly smaller mouse such as the Beast X or ULX Medium? It might be more comfortable. Either way best of luck in finding the right fit!
Did you try another wrist rest? I dont feel comfortable with the one on your video. Do you have any another suggestion?
Hi! I have not tried another wrist wrest yet as the one in the video solved my discomfort. Might I ask if you were able to find the source of the discomfort with the stock rest?
@@sibesound I bought a "chinese noname" wristrest which is thicker (maybe as same as the Expert's). I think this is the reason: it is so thin and I must bend my wrist upward.
Yo, u considered trying out the gameball trackball? im in the consideration of trying out it myself for fps games mainly. But i think the transition over to trackball is gonna be to hard! whats ur thought on that? thanks :D nice video mate
Thank you for showing me the gameball! I was not aware of its existence but I will look into them. Using trackball definitely is not easy for fps in my experience. I can usually get away with trackball on anything else. To be fair I have not put time into trying to improve trackball aim, so maybe with practice it will reward you. The slimblade pro is still my primary workhorse for anything outside of FPS games.
@@sibesound No worries mate :D let me know if u pick one up please! would love to hear how it is.
They sent you one for free?
No. I paid out of pocket.
hey man, I have a question. My hand size is 18.5/9.5 mm with relax claw grip and I've been thinking of getting the normal WLmouse Beast X or Fabulous Beasts × WLMOUSE Beast X 8k but I've been kind of scared if it would be too small for my hands so would you recommend getting the normal or max? Thanks :)
It's tough to tell but I think you could get away with a fabulous beast x with that size and grip. It sounds like you're in a position where either may be fine so I would opt for the lighter weight personally and give it a shot
criminally underrated video. hope the algo picks u up soon
I appreciate the kind words. Fingers crossed! 🍻
They did the same thing as finalmouse!! Haha 😄
except the qc is much better
Ok
I am not sure what DPI setting I should use on a 4K display with Mac OS. Could you please tell me how I should set the DPI?
Hello! There's not really a right or wrong answer here. I would try them out and use what feels most comfortable for you!
What is your hand size bro?I have 185 length and 105 mm width mm hand. It will suitable for my hand or old beast x would be better fix? And using pal grip btw. Thanks.
@yasinarslan208 My hand size is slightly larger than yours. The Beast X Max sounds like it would be better for you, but it also depends on your grip. What grip do you use?
@@sibesoundI'm using palm grip. Normally I'm using razer deathadder V3 Pro but lately it feels bigger from the top and right sight also little longer as length. Cause of that I want to make a change. Also I want to ask whats coming with box? 4k or 8k dongle in it as standard box or they additional? Glass skatez more ptfe skatez etc also coming with box? 4K or 8K polling rate work fine (no glitch or delay) with my computer and monitor? Pc: amd 5 5600 prosessor and amd rx 6700 xt graphic card. Monitor Zowie 240hz.
@@yasinarslan208 If you're already using the Deathadder V3 pro I definitely think the Max is a good option to go to. The Max is bit smaller, the hump is less pronounced and shifted towards the back a bit. The sides indent a bit more and it's shorter lengthwise as well. 8K from the box and it should work fine as long as the pc/game can handle it. It also comes with a small 1k micro dongle. From what I can tell it comes with extra PTFE skates and grip tape. We'll know for sure once they start shipping out, and I'll have a full video on it once I receive it! Edit: Just checked the discord and they said that pre-orders only will have glass skates included for the beast X max!
@@sibesound thank you for all answer. Definitely was useful information for me 😊
@@sibesound my friend Sora V2 or vaxee zygen np-01s 4k?
hey whats the difference between these switches ? and wich one is better ?
It's more personal preference tbh. The opticals usually have a faster actuation, lighter press, but drain battery faster. The mechanical switches have more of a tactile and deep key-press. Personally I prefer the opticals as they seem a better choice for tactical fps such as Valorant/CS2.
@@sibesound Oh, ok, thanks! What do you think could be better than the Razer Viper 3 Pro?
@@ashiq_houque8847 I'm using the V3 Pro right now and will have a review on it soon. The V3 Pro has a nice shape that I think a lot of people will like. Feature wise it's definitely top tier. However, as someone who prefers Magnesium mice with a more aggressive shape I'm more excited for the Beast Max. I will definitely do a comparison in the future, but on paper the Beast Max is something I like more. I'll have to get my hands on it to truly decide. Finalmouse ULX and Lamzu mice are other products I'm excited to compare to the V3 Pro as well.

would you say the fabulous beast x is better then the beast x? besides the 8k poling rate
I wouldn't say it's necessarily better. IMO it more comes down to preference. The OG Beast X has optical switches, while the fabulous beasts has mechanical switches. From the discord they said the fabulous beasts has firmware and driver improvements, but I'm not sure what that translates to performance wise.
@@sibesound okkey thankss dude :D
@@sibesound i was a bit sad cus i just bought the beast x and now they realised the the fabulous version :(
Yeah that's unlucky if the fabulous beasts sounds better for you. If you play tac fps(Valorant/CS2) I think the Omrons in the OG Beast X are a better choice. Especially since the mechs in the Fabulous Beasts are a new and untested switch. Hoping they're good but could be they suffer from double click issues that other switches suffer from.
@@sibesound puh okkey good and thanks dude for the amazing answer :D glad to be a subscriber
3395 hs sensor
The Beast X (and collab) has 3395 while the Beast X Max has 3950.
@@sibesound would you by chance know the difference between the sensors? I'm deciding between the Fabulous Beasts X or Max. TIA!
@jovanrandhawa6443 The difference is small and likely unperceivable. 3950 on paper will perform better. I still think that shape/size should be the main concern 👍
Judgement literally got rank 1 in valorant with a glass pad a 3.0, which is even faster then the superglide. Also your not talking about the fact that you literally get skates to help you get control. Obsidian pros are meant for glass hard PTFE skates, even a regular Obsidian red skates feel great.. I really hate when reviewer don't look at every angle in how a product can function.
Hello. I try to say again and again, and I believe this to be true with most mouse hardware, that it is personal preference and depends on the player using it. I never said that you couldn't do well or achieve a high level of aim with a glass pad. This is based on MY preferences and I try to make that clear, as well as try to make the qualities of the pad objectively apparent to allow the viewer to make an informed decision. That is all. Personally I would never use a glass pad in Valorant, but people do and that's great. You can point out a few outliers but most professionals exclusively use cloth pads in Valorant, which in part leads me to believe that my overall deduction of the qualities for use in a game like valorant is fairly accurate. At the end of the day, choose what gives you the best feel. I do believe that most people who aim train will still prefer a cloth pad as it stands.
Did this need supports or anything?
No supports!
It's cool to see someone gaming on these things. Thanks for the recommendation!
You're welcome! Playing first person shooters at a really low sensitivity on a normal mouse can foster RSI pretty commonly. I think changing up physical movements completely with a different mouse-type is an effective way to combat that! o7
I have the expert and the texture is fantastic, great materials but mine has an issue with the scroll ring.
I haven't been able to try an expert yet! Sorry to hear about the scroll ring issue. Did it come with the issue out of the box or did it develop over time? I hope it's covered under warranty. Thanks for sharing!
What's your issue? I have been using expert trackballs for decades, I even rebuild them. I just won't use anything else! So I do know a few things about them.
wait you're gaming on it??
I do game on it, but only more casual games. I find it works great for basically anything other than FPS. I really like using it for ARPG'S specifically as usually there is a lot of repetitive stutter stepping motions. Hope that helps!
1 have 2 a zero x soft and a shidenkai v2 mid.. they worth every penny! addition; the shidenkai v2 is alot more better than any glass pads there is!
Love my Zero! Haven't had a chance to try the xsoft yet but I'll definitely be picking one up in the future. I want to get my hands on a Shindekai as I would love to compare it to my superglide glass pad. Generally the hardness and cool feeling of the glass is an aspect I deeply enjoy, but I can see how a cloth version could be free of some of the bad qualities of glass (such as dust interference). Thanks for sharing your thoughts!!
I’ve had my hein for over 2 years now and the quality is so good I have spilled drinks on it and its still got a really consistent surface that feels like it’s actually got better the more I use it definitely worth the investment imo
My experience has been similar! Feels like breaking in rather than wearing out, and I always end up going back to one of my Artisans. Thanks for sharing your experience!
@aelto907 what hardness was the hein
great content bro im going to buy the xxl red but whats the best mouse feet that goes well with this mouse pad??
I appreciate it! Corepads seem to work well, but I haven't noticed much of a difference between the different PTFE feet manufacturers. I think the shape of the feet is probably the most substantial difference. PTFE Dots should last the longest and would most often be my first recommendation to try!
ok thanks alot @@sibesound
Great work man! Didnt know you had such high quality stuff!
I appreciate the kind words 🍻
because of how raw aim is with glass pads the improvement potential with them is kinda crazy. The feeling of new corepads on a skypad, with a sub-65 gram mouse is unreal, and with how much issues it reveals from aim I feel like It can allow mouse and tension control to really be worked on. Personally, after switching off of my glass pad to a hien, my flicks feel better and my stopping power feels less like its made by the pad, and therefore my aim feels much more dictated by my hand than anything external. Just the improvement factor for people really into aiming, and especially tracking/fingertip grip movements makes a glass pad something any long time aimer should probably try.
Thank you for sharing your experience and thoughts about glass pads! I agree that it will definitely expose areas that need improvement and will assist in strengthening those areas with proper practice. I, too, find that I'm performing better on my cloth pad after using glass for a while, and this is a point I failed to make in the video. At first, I thought it was a fluke, but logically it makes sense. Cheers!
