Is it forbidden to do a full akaar in jaipur atrauli gharana? Genuinely asking. Never heard anyone of them sing "aa" its aways "a-ye" plus 80% taans are similar in nature. Layakari is monotonic , hardly any boltaan. These druts fall flat for me. Kirana n gwalior ( similar gharanas)has a dynamic drutkari n madhyalay. Ashwini ji is respected artist but i prefer her bhajans than khayal renditions.

Great presentation and appropriate, soulful music. I cannot think of any better representation of beauty. A woman's beauty is treasure beyond price. No matter how plain a woman may be, if truth and honesty are written across her face, she will be beautiful. There is certainly no beauty on earth which exceeds the natural loveliness of woman. Their modesty enhances their beauty, as well. Most of the women in this presentation, in spite of their circumstances, have a smile on their face and this adds to their beauty. It is said that a smile is the most beautiful curve on a woman's body. I know a lot of women whose beauty only comes out after at least two hours in front of the mirror. LOL.
