How come European and asian cars only have fuel pump access. I did this on my 06 taurus. Only i cut sheet metal strips machine screwed them to the piece and sealed it with rtv. I have a 05 grand prix now. Nice to know if i need to do a fuel pump. Living in the rust belt dropping tank can be a real hassle.

The gas for mig usually is 75%/25% argon/co2 mix good video though man 🤙

Have you thought about painting your upper intake the copper color to match the wastegate and blowoff valve?

Look into getting wire cleaner pads and lubematic (cleaner and wire lubricant.) Protects the liner.😉 I have it on my "tips not your money either " list.

Dude. With the miles/wear these babys have nowadays i hesitate to work on others projects since i always find better things they should spend the mod money on...like maintenance lol. The "while we're there" can snowball fast with a 120k+ mile car.

More that it lets the oil condensate n fallout of suspension and drain back into the vc. I do the same thing with oem necks n stainless choreboy.

Are you still using the f23 tranny? Thats an older trans right? I think thats what came in my old beretta gtz? Couldnt keep a shift cable in it, break and just wad up when you tried to speed shift 2nd. Is the f23 better than the f40?

You should put some heat protection on the plug in going to the transmission. The plug in on mine got discolored from the heat coming off the downpipe.

Hey man can I ask what the deal is with the plastics for the bumper? Do I need em or not? Middle of top swapping my l26 I have a short stack ic going in with zzp exchanger. I just don't know if it's worth trimming like you did, or just delete it.. I personally don't see the reasoning behind that plastic other then some rigidity aspect.
