    Hey man , im workin on my 1987 big bear right now and i was able to put it on reverse but now it wont go anymore ! Its not the clip that you just showed it seems to be in the lever ? Any idea what it could be ?😊

      @@alexandreblanchette3017 I would say either if it doesn’t move back and forth take the handle with the button off then try again or the cable is stretched which you could basically move the clip that goes into the transmission by hand

      This saw is still sitting on the shelf and collecting dust to be honest, I’ve gotten new saws since then and no longer use it, but there are some great videos out there in tuning carbeurators biggest thing I think is to make sure it’s warm and start on factory specs then mess with the low adjustment first

    • @northwoodsexpeditions3211
      @northwoodsexpeditions3211 Год назад

      I’m very sorry for the late response! Yes the water pump doesn’t have anything to do with the fan that I’m aware of, you could go through the system and it would most likely either be your temp sensor that tells the fan to turn on or the fan itself, why I did it the way I did was because I did t want to try and mess with the messy wiring in those machines so I did it direct and it worked very well actually did about a year till I blew it up from a different cause
