It's the next build im doing. But it likely wont have a starter version. But for this build really the difference between ubers and no ubers is pretty much raw damage output, so the starter version should be fairly similar

they sometimes don’t appear. it has something to do with the Phase 1 timings/skips, but i never figured out what actually causes it.

These buffs come from the items. So, on the winterglass, on the new uniq helmet, and on the starless skies, there are item passive upgrades - for example + 3 to core skills, + 5 glass cannon, + 7 conjuration mastery etc

No clue what you're talking about, but the video is Torment 4 :D You prolly just not even remotely ready for an endgame build if you still die to T4 mobs. Why is your TP on cooldown? Well Because you don't have enough Attack Speed and Cooldown Reduction yet its pretty simple.

yeah the resource is not the issue. you will just miss ~20%ish damage without starless not a huge deal

Not really. It will be very weak. This requires 12/12 cooldown reduction masterworked items and high crit chance from Heir of Perdition.

you cant move while casting core skills. In this build you dont move at all, all you do is cast frozen orb and use teleport/evade. It might not be suitable for console gameplay i honestly dont know.

it has nothing to do with those multipliers. It's just your "Non-Physical-Damage" (for example the Attribute on Rakanoths Wake, Winterglass, Tal Rahsha Ring, and all the Paragon Nodes) from Items/Glyphs/Paragon Nodes basically gets tripled while enlightment is active. But the discrepancy of the numbers comes most likely from stacked up lightning spear damage.

no unfortunately this is an endgame build. But the planner has earlygame versions as well

Regular Attack Speed is capped at 100%. You cannot go over. In this build only unstable currents gets you 125% attack speed. There are other ways (for example Accelerating Aspect, Basic Skill Attack Speed, Pyromancy Attack Speed, Vox Omnium) bumping your AS over 100%.

well that is a completely different build. Winterglass gives you way more conjurations than unstable currents will ever do, and also gives you much more ranks in conjuration mastery.

@@GoldfarmingGuide Yeah but lightning spear is the only thing really doing dmg at endgame right? Don’t we lose a lot from the amulet slot and having to run frozen orb aspects? Just looking to min max the build is all, wondering if dropping frozen orb for peak endgame is correct

mine were like 500M 2 days ago. There is many ussable ones up for less then 1B right now. Even the most OP Fists of Fate do not cost more than 7B... And I dont get gifted stuff at all. I just do efficient trading in the beginning of the season.

This one play pretty well but boss damage is pretty low. So there will definetly builds which can push much higher, but for farming this is extremely good
