One question, where do get fractured winterglass , I don't know where lord zir is, last season it was in the darkened way but in season 6 I can't find him there :/

When i killed monsters im out of mana in a secound idk what i doing wrong :/ If its 1 or 2 monsters i can just use 2 times frozen orb..

Keep casting your conjurations. Dont spam frozen Orb. The Rotation is always Ice Blades, Lightning Spear, Unstable Currents, Ice Armor, and then frozen orb.
Also in general you dont want to kill 2 mobs. Just ignore leftovers and continue.

WInterglass neck is a must, also in earlygame u need 3-4 mana per second on both head and chest
