You are wrong with regard to the 19th Hole bar (and others), it’s not just premium drinks served there, you can just get the regular All Inclusive drinks there, we often had a drink there and never paid extra as long as you had the AI drinks

I'm not a fan of Chinese cabbage, mostly as I used to live in China and they serve it a lot. Normally shredded, and mostly stir fried with soy sauce etc. And served kinda wet. If you are ever stir-frying, add some and try it. Adds volume even if it doesn't add buckets of taste.

Back in 1979, my little cream mini 1000 decided to breakdown on the himley road as we live not far from there. We were stuck on side of road by himley hall when this car flew past us and reversed back to us. Fella got out the car in a saturday night fever cream 3 piece suit lol. Yep he offered to tow us approx 3 miles home at crazy speed might I add. I was 19 at the time and hadn't long passed my driving test. After that I've been Aa member for years. My ex was a chairman of a classic car club few yrs later so I know what it's like to have a classic car break down en route to a rally. Had a trailer on back if a p6 rover literally fall apart going over some rough country lane up lake district. That was great fun not 😂 My daughter used to have a mini same colour as teddy many years later. The sunroof rained in on that. The joys of classic car fun and break downs. Himley hall is lovely to walk around the grounds. It's a local place we go to now and again.

It may not be just you Larna but I quite like both Fiat 500's. The old one is very basic (compared to a Mini) and the new version is a fun modern city car. Tell Steve the music isn't quite so irritating this time.

It was a good day. Perfect weather for a car show - no rain, very little wind, sensible temperature and no scorching sun to burn your neck. Excellent collection of exhibits but I must admit I didn't spot the tractors until I saw your video.

I’m glad you mentioned the sockets…I thought they had G type three pin British sockets 😮 You’re right, they don’t take into account that our plugs need space underneath. The last cruise we were on was with Azamara, an American ship. My iPad charging lead wouldn’t charge using the USB in the light. I had to keep borrowing one from reception which was a pain. If you take an extension lead it has to be surge charge protected. Charging leads/plugs is always a nightmare. Appreciate the heads up. Interesting to see they hire out bikes. Did you hire any, or see others hire them? It’s not knowing what the terrain is like too. One to think about though 👍🏻 Hope you enjoyed your cruise. Would you go with Tui again? 🚢🗺️

I went on this ship back in 1996 around the Caribbean when it was part of Celebrity Cruises fleet, named “Century”. ❤

The thing I didn't like is it's a all inclusive cruise but a lot of restaurants are expensive add on's

We went on the repositioning cruise from Majorca to Croatia on the 30th of April. Loved the ship and as we upgraded the drinks package used the coffee port at least 4 times a day. The gelato was delicious and very good value . The surf and turf was amazing and one of the cheapest we've ever paid on a cruise. Thank you for the video it brought back good memories

I would consider fitting an electron ignition, runs better with it. The cutting out you had may well be down to air leaky re the extra gaskets you fitted. The joys of minis. Good luck

Hi Big Steve & Larna, we did a cruise back in 2011, Palma Majorca-Trapani Sicily-Naples-Corsica-Toulon France-Barcelona and back to Palma. That ship looks a million times better than the one we went on. Our ship was quite old and was retired a couple of years later and we were very much underwhelmed by it and the whole cruising experience. I did like waking up in a new destination everyday. Wouldn't rule out doing another. The highlight for me was getting to do a trip to Pompeii. A place I'd always wanted to visit.
