Hi, I’m Stephanie Limoncelli-Vealey, from Buffalo, NY (Go Bills!). Living with my husband, son, little dog, and fluffy cat. Yoga, Massage Therapy and the healing arts have helped me throughout my life and I believe it can help you too. These healing modalities have played an important role for me with managing pain and health challenges I have experienced dealing with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

This is my second morning doing this sequence. I did your first gentle core and followed up with this one. I love doing them together as you guide us slowly and carefully to the next level. At this point, I’m not quite strong enough to have both legs up, so I modify it by repeating the first part. I know that with these two gentle core sequences I will get there😊👍. Thank you for helping so many of us get stronger in a gentle and loving manner❤

Interesting. I don't know how I got here, but I do these every time I go to the gym. I used to throw my back out every 6 months or so. At 49 I started doing these to strengthen my back and glutes. Now at 62 years old I still do these and I'm deadlifting 400lbs without a belt and a squat 380lbs. I tell everyone to do yoga to help strengthen their back and make it more flexible. On my cat pose, I started going on my finger tips now and on my extended childs pose, to add more stretch to my shoulder. I tore it 4 months back and I'm rehabbing it. I'm also tightening my glutes, core, scapula muscles and arm when a do the balance pose you just showed. Just started that 3 weeks ago. Thanks for the reminders. Not many people do yoga in my gym. I'm the only one, but im also one of the strongest guys in the planet fitness gym. ( not a real hard-core gym😂). Namaste 🙏. 😊

I am going to try and continue with this sequence during my daily practice. It brings such immediate relief. Need to do daily. This sequence really relieves the soreness, of the on the right side of my neck that has nagged and limited the mobility, the last few years. This was very nice and straightforward. Got me moving my feet in a couple ways I hadn't tried before. Supporting the knees was a good tip, too. This will be a great way to ease into ankle/foot work with more load.

I also use herbal tea enemas and yoga for foot pain relief.
This is really gentle and helpful. My knees don’t hurt daily, but once in a while they seem to act up. I think this will be beneficial whether they’re troublesome or not. Thank you 😊 ❤

Great stretches! My favorites are the overhead arms up stretches. Do you ever find that your belly button shows sometimes when you do them though? Prob the only annoying thing about stretching is when that happens lol.
