You made hard work of getting the gobo out, long nose pliers do the job and don’t scratch the holder or risk damaging the gobo.

Hi Mate i am having problem connecting my prime 4+ with SoundCloud, i have a subscription to get next pro, when i click on Soundcloud it just send me to the denon site, which doesn't help, any clues mate ?

Great video and I too recommend this bag. The XL version fits the Denon Prime 4.

At least Denon value repairability , have you seen the absolute nightmare of replacing a crossfader for the XDJZ? Absolute nightmare, purposefully designed to fail it seems.

Thank you man, i have been literally carrying my Traktor Kontrol S8 in that same Magma bag that you have there, and then carrying Targus laptop bag where is all my wires and then my macbook, dj headphones hanging outside that that laptop bag in it's own bag, so I'm literally looking to purchase this to throw my all stuff into that one bag that I can carry either on my hand or my shoulder or on my back, that definetly seems to be fantastic bag for me, I was surprised how much stuff u got in there and it all still closed up, I don't have that much stuff with me so I shouldn't be having problems fitting all my stuff in that :D

Terrible. Only for amateurs. 2 will play for maybe 60 people . Why test them in a tiny room? complete waste of money

How Do you like your polar 8, after used Looking to buy 2 × polar 10 for Mobile DJing, i do venus between 50 - to 150 guests I will keep my 12 inch Alto subwoofer and one 15" top to, for bigger venue tire of efforts and time to setup satellite speakers

Indeed it makes a lot of sense to buy another one after 4 years wen you run it as a business. I got the sc live 4 because the prime 4 is with flight case way too heavy for what I use it for. The prime 4 plus looks now a lot like the sc live 4. It is only a shame that Denon hardly has white units available while that color makes a lot of sense for mobile DJs. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with DJs and masculinity, production cost,... InMusic changed the processor and memory size in its more expensive MPC's so I guess they also upgraded the processor and memory in the prime 4 plus. I think for mobile DJs EngineDJ makes so much more sense than Pioneer because you don't need a laptop anymore for track preparation. I used my laptop with EngineDJ once to transfer the files from Serato and thats it. It saves a lot of time and effort.

Hi Dj80, first time I am watching one of your video’s; it appeared (as they do), because I am a Prime 4 user. Really enjoyed your real world review which resounds, as you say, with the majority of DJ’s, particularly us UK DJ’s so I completely get where your coming from. I have a few controllers/standalone/hybrid’s, but as it’s a hobby for me (although been doing it since I was 13 in the late 80’s), it’s a life long hobby and I tend to keep all my equipment to the end! In addition to the Prime4 I have the MCX8000 (never had a problem with it and still use it from time to time), and the XDJ XZ (which I do love immensely). I also am not reliant on streaming services, and because of the P4 have recently become a Tidal subscriber (after trying Beatsouce and SoundCloud which don’t suit my musical tastes fully), also a Spotify user (converting playlists to Tidal using Soundiz - much better than Tunemymusic for my musical tastes). While I like the changes, I see no reason for me to change as the P4 has evolved so much since I have owned it, there is not much more that I need given the hobbyist DJ I am, and switching between the decks above depending on how I feel/just for a change/ or depending on the gig (streaming services come into its own if DJaying outside of one’s comfort zone - folks really happy and it makes their night when you have their ‘obscure’ requests.) However, great video, and I will subscribe given that you review other equipment, and as I am also self serviced (big into PA equipment- active and passive speakers, amps, system management controllers etc), I will be interested in your posts. BTW, my regular go to set up are the Yamaha DSR115 and DXS118 - never failed me yet and always delivered, either the complete set or just the top’s - depending of course on the scale and type of function. Apologies for the long comment but just felt inspired 🙋🏾‍♂️👍🏿

The black and white DJ80 thumb nail not look that interesting to click on the video. Just try to help you out with views on you'r channel 👊

Grind the cross fader switch down so fits snug ,small angle grinder with 0.1 disk
