Here's what caused my Sub-Zero 642 refrigerator to leak water during the ice tray fill cycle. It was leaking from the rear and water was seen from the bottom.

Came just in time for Christmas 2022, I bought a fiberglass fuel tank cover from SimonKustom.com the style is named "Baby Blue"for my wife's 2010 Sportster Iron. These are made in Brazil. It fits great! My wife loves it! It even fit with a 2" handle bar riser which I thought was going to be an issue but it was no problem as long as you are careful. My HVAC blower barely had any air flow coming out of the ducts and I could hear the fan running plenty hard. Here's a video about replacing the Air conditioning / heater blower recirc door / damper that fixed the problem for me. The part number is 902-325 by Dorman and cost about $50 at Autozone.

How did you get custom tab in settings?
Control ---> stick mode ---> custom
@@Pavelow4433 Yes, but I don't have custom tab in there, only: Mode 1, Mode 3, Mode 2. Maybe that's because it's Avata 2,

HOW did you get the new O ring on? Mine needs to be replaced but can’t figure out how to get it done. Thanks
@@MelissaG-dh5xr you can turn it on with the cover removed and when you see the mechanism move to the right you can unplugged the power and it will stop where you can access it, you can use a small pick set to help put it on if you really need to.

@@insanedb wow bummer, but it did take awhile to arrive. I ordered it on Black Friday when they have discounts and it arrived just in time for Christmas to be a gift for my wife. So yes, it does take a long while to arrive. Over 50 days though is quite a lot.

No problem, however im not sure if it will work on other models or not. Give it a try.
95% of the time you dont have to take this assembly apart! Just disconnect fuel line from check valve and change out the O-ring thats right there inside the housing, not on the check valve. This is the O-ring that gos bad and lets fuel drip out onto fuel line and down the bike! Pop out with a small pick. Leaving the check valve in the unit. I just did it on my 2017 ultra limited and it worked great. No more dripping fuel. Use safety glasses so you dont hit the button and spray fuel in your eyes!!! Also no need to disconnect battery pull fuel pump wire none of this. Its literally a 2-5 minute fix!!!
Thank you, this worked for me and my 2008 fatboy. Popped the old o-ring out, it was dry and brittle but still in one piece. Popped the new one in and no leak whatsoever. I went to NAPA and got the ring individually. 10mm X 2mm

Thanks, I just put a needle through the 3 holes from the outside. I had taken it apart awhile ago to change the batteries and discovered that the heads of the screws that hold the pad holders were almost totally stripped. Do you, by any chance, know the size and thread of those screw? I'm saving my next trip into the bottom for when I have new screws. Thanks.
A few months later it had a fault that I couldn't find the solution for, so I had to get rid of it unfortunately, so I dont know the screw sizes, sorry.

I also found that you have to squeeze towards the front of the battery/tool as that's where the hooks are located. It takes twice as much pressure if you squeeze the tab in the middle.

In addition to the grinding/filing down of the tabs, since I noticed there was a lot of binding as the batteries were inserted, I also sprayed a bunch of WD40 on the batteries themselves which seemed to help more that just grinding down the tabs (I used a dremmel for that). Note: If you grind/file down the tabs too much the battery may pop loose enough with vibration to lose the electrical connection inside - no big deal as you can easily shove it back in place - just something to be aware of. I totally agree that there is a signifcant design flaw here. Thanks much for the video.

Thank you for making this video. I have a 2017 Road King that's had a leaky fuel line for a long time. I went to AutoZone and bought the metric O-ring kit for $10 and replaced that lower one...now it doesn't leak! Harley really should sell these O-rings...I guess this is common.

No, if its the same problem that I had, then you need to fix the cracks in the part that I showed in the video, or replace the part.

I put dialectic grease on the inside rubber of my new Milwaukee multitool and it works like a charm coming off and on now. Was impossible for myself (female) to take off before that. A mechanic’s advice. I did not have this problem with my drill. If this doesn’t work I will try the filing suggestion. Thanks for the video.

Can a leaking fuel check valve make it to where there is not enough fuel pressure to start the bike?
I highly doubt it, it would have to be a very large leak to lose enough fuel pump pressure to not be able to start. I would have to say that you probably have something else going on.
@@Pavelow4433 I’ve replaced everything I have spark, I have good compression and I’ve replaced the fuel pump, fuel pump housing, fuel pressure regulator as well as alll the lines the only thing that is giving me any kind of issue is check valve leaking and it’s a pretty good amount when I turn the fuel pump on
@@user-ln6hi2xb2gif you spray starter fluid in the intake does it try to fire? You may have a bad injector or injector is not getting the signal to spray. If it is really pissing fuel from that disconnect, I would try to change the orings first.
@@Pavelow4433 I’m going to rebuild it today to see if it helps I’ve cleaned injectors as well as flow tested them everything checked out as it should I’m going to see if a auto part store will rent me a fuel pressure testing tool there is no way I’m getting 60psi

Good idea, dealing with the same issue. Did it work?
An old timer told me about this trick, it worked great. Slide it onto the oil pump shaft enough to center it in the hole, if you push it down too far you might push it below the opening and then you might have to add another one. It worked excellent though.

Yeah its a nice snug fit, it doesn't move when installed, its also lined with felt inside. The quality is excellent.
