For grogginess, i highly recommend taking the med 12 hours before you have to be up. This seems to work best and I rarely ever have grogginess.

I've taken as high as 400mg but i am back down to 200mg. I was originally prescribed it for bipolar 2 but i stopped seeing that shrink like 6 years ago. I mainly just take it for insomnia now. Absolutely nothing helps with depression.

I’ve been on Wellbutrin for years. It has great benefits, not only does it assist in helping me with my depression, but unlike other antidepressants, it doesn’t make me fat and it doesn’t ruin my sex life. Personally, I love the drug.

Esta mañana 8 de Enero 2025 en el desayuno he tomado la primera pastilla de 20 miligramos del antidepresivo "Citalopram" y al cabo de dos horas no he sentido nada. Me dijo el doctor que hay que dar a la medicina un tiempo, un par de semanas, para que se note el efecto. El efecto de la marihuana cuando se fuma es inmediato. Necesito algo que me haga feliz, que me haga optimista, que se note de verdad, que me haga otro yo. Si me rindo experimentando la realidad bajo su efecto no me sirve. No tengo que rendirme. Tengo que tener éxito. No tengo confianza en el efecto de los antidepresivos, y el tiempo dirá. Voy a darle un tiempo y después veremos. Cumplir la misión es lo único importante y si me ayuda a cumplir la misión lo uso y si me aleja del objetivo no lo uso. Necesito encontrar un trabajo para estar tranquilo, necesito dinero para estar tranquilo. Soy un buen cocinero y trabajador serio y responsable. Soy un psicólogo y pensador racional y he descubierto la naturaleza de Dios y estoy deprimido. Es la gente y la realidad lo que me deprime. La vida o realidad o lo percibido o lo experimentado me deprime. ¿Quién es el culpable?. Me gustaría que memorizases la falacia lógica atea para preservar conocimiento útil a generaciones futuras. My sister used Benadryl twice in her suicide attempts, the second time she was successful. I say stay away from all these things, get a good workout during the day, fresh air and light. Then use melatonin to regulate your sleep pattern and why not drink a good strong beer before bed. Works for me.

My dreams have been crazy vivid since starting meds, i dont mind now that i know it is common, but they can be crazy weird like a movie playing out. My only next step is now to cut back alcohol while on meds, seems to be the hardest for me.

Paradoxically it does the complete opposite to me! Makes me jumpy, anxiety filled and extremely restless!

I´m sure Benadryl is far better than a benzodiazapine, yet when I tried it for sleep, I got restless legs each time. When I need something, a trazadone helps. To each their own, though. It´s important to test things out for yourself when it´s safe to do so.

Good afternoon doctor i’ve taken 50mg of zyprexa in the space of 4days orally so 20mg on friday, 20mg on Sunday and 10mg on monday what do you advise i did now because i found out i never needed this drug Ive essentially taken it accidentally how do you advise i went about stopping this drug as i no longer want to take it because i don’t need it??

Most people use Benadryl or Diphenhydramine get DROZY or fall a sleep. I whoever do not succome to the Drowsiness of Benadryl. Benadryl does GREAT for Allergies. Benadryl does not do good for Anxiety how ever. I'd like to see the Clinical trials on this Benadryl or HOWEVER THIS Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates got their INFORMATION Question? What MEDICATION doesn't have any side effects, or Interactions with OTHER DRUGS?

How many of you have or know of someone in your maternal and or paternal side of families have melatonin hormone deficiency (sleep disorders/pineal gland), thyroid and other hormones disorders, who have these hallucinations. I have, I have always had these from being young.

I thought my doctor said people either have issues with producing dopamine or have issues with the receptors that utilize it and adderall helps produce more dopamine while Ritalin helps your body utilize it. But idk if that’s correct.

I wrote this to warn others. You can create great ideas and musical pieces in this state. Music you never heard before. I had one like this before a week and I saw a sunrise and the sun was really bright so my eyes started to hurt like in real life. My question is how can my eyes hurt from this unreal light.

I’m on it for anxiety mostly and depression in place of lexapro. Only been two weeks and it’s okay but it’s so expensive! $200 for me after insurance and a savings card 😢

I take a half dose with time released melatonin & one ibuprofen and it works wonders. I get an extra two hours with this combination, that gets me to about 7 hours sleep on average.

Both should be banned/outlawed. ADHD is a myth. Big pharma creating new disease just to get kids hooked on drugs. The "War On Drugs" is a fairytale. Just Say No, unless your Dr. said you have ADD,ADHD.

Thank you sir. I've been diagnosed with ADD and bi polar. Stimulants fix my depression in an instant, but give mr horrible side effects. Seroquel helps there. And helps me sleep

I think its best not to use anything for sleep if you can, imo. Let the body adjust naturally. It will get used to your routine. You shouldn't be doing stimulants for one and Benadryl is nasty! 😂 I don't take anything for sleep. It beats an addiction to benzodiazepines.

Don’t know why this popped up on my feed. I take 1/2 pill (12.5mg) of the CVS brand sleep aid, which I just learned from this video contains the active ingredient in Benadryl. Works great for sleep and is all I need from time to time. No symptoms, so far.

Can this be stacked with sleeping pills ,depression pills n more antipsychotics?
