How do you define "so many tourists"? There are literally thousands upon thousands of tourists and thousands of expats. The odds of getting killed are very low if you stay away from the dating apps. I went as a SOLO female to Colombia and NO issues. But I did not go clubbing, I went to eco places and countryside and I can speak Spanish. The BEST thing about Colombia is the NATURE, as second most biodiverse country in the world. That is the beauty of it.
