Lol, Replacing technology with something more polluting, lower driving range and significantly more expensive. On top of that, we gonna charge those vehicles up with inferior technology (solar and wind) that harms mother nature in even more ways than conventional fuels. Sure, combustion engines has still to deal with nano particle pollution that goes through the brain blood barrier, but at least that can be dealt with body detox methods and you won't rape the rest of the environment (biological fuel such as algae diesel as example)

Organic based fuel and other greener based fuel sources are now available not only being very efficient but cheap as well as very environmental friendly then electric vehicles themselves, while also having more power then conventional sources and ALSO keeping ICE alive! If Everyone(EV Lovers and Combustion Lovers) respect each other, we are going to be happy. And there is something that no one tells, EVs still use gas, diesel or coal, because some of that cars have generator that use Gasoline, and most of the power plants Burn Coal(it is only the dirtiest fuel ever) or diesel(that is dirty too). Now, imagine, Gas and Diesel are being used on cars or trucks but is not too much as a Power plant uses, and at least on the vehicles it is easier to control How much you will burn and the smoke will not stay on just 1 area, and as we learned with the pandemy, it is better to have a an area with well-circulated air, which does not happen in power plants, because they are attached to the ground, but the vehicles are moving. In reality, both of they pollute, that is why Everyone needs to choice for itself, and do not oblige or pressure someone to have one or the other, as i said, if Everyone respects Everyone, nothing will go wrong.

ev's might not stay for long but hydrogen cell cars will come and thats still electric motors, motor racing and the internal combustion engine has been going downhill since pretty much the 1970s and petrol powered engines will soon become what horse racing is to car racing now, interenal combustion have already been fased out by almost all laws at a minimum of 20ish years from now and there is no hope for them or racing as a whole, no vrooms, no pops, no crackles, and with self driving going the way it is there will probably be almost no human driving 40 years from now i'd imagine. this is coming from and avid racing fan btw so im not just some random clowning on vroom bang pop crackle zoom car, and yes im sad about it but, what can you do, so i just shrug my shoulders and enjoy it while its here, i think more people need to do that

EVs are actually worse for the environment in many cases than combustion engines, given that over 75% of our elecricity comes from fossil fuels (in the US). Besides, synthetic fuels that are cleaner exist anyway. I think synthetic fuels would make more sense than EVs ever could.
