I made a mistake with the leveling system. I thought "Ah, since there is the possibility of going back to level 1, then this must be like Disgaea, where a charachter has no roof of leveling up... And so, i put Shez at level one and proceded to give her ALL of my stat buffs, maxing her at level 1. After that and seeing leveling up did literally NOTHING after maxing stats I learned my lesson, kept my troops on max level and from then, started boosting. Dont make my mistakr
