17:55 I have to finally see Godot, before I go home from here. Intrigued by the Kafka part, thanks. Are all the villagers remarkably unruly considering their position under that super bureaucracy? The only time I remember them behaving sort of logically, predictably, is when the official is there... as if the proximity to the Schloß left them estranged with their humanity...

Love the alto flute. Beautiful sound. I think one reason children loved the Peanuts Specials was because they were kids' shows with real, adult-sounding music. I was a small child when these shows first came out, and I remember how much I enjoyed the music, being so different from the cornball stuff all the other kids' specials had. The Peanuts shows were very rudimentally produced, but Vince Guaraldi's jazz and bossa nova music gave them a certain measure of sophistication. Kids liked that. I know I did.
