I'm still using a Vahalla 1 with my 600 ohm Beyerdynamics. Works great (once you get beyond the tinnitus...which, of course, is not the fault of the amp).

Maybe taller magnetic feet as an option for the hotter pieces? Just pop on as needed?

For me I don't really care if the Magni is true balanced or not. I just like the 4.4mm connector better. It would just be convenient to not use a 1/4 to 4.4mm adapter on most Schiit amps.

Got my Midgard/Modius stack a couple of months ago. Yesterday, the Midgard amp lost one channel, then just outputs noise. I'll have to go do the RMA route, but I didn't want to wait weeks, so I went with the Drop/Topping A90 amp. Much more power than I'll ever need-the Midgard is powerful enough for the HD6xx's 300ohms, so I don't need the excess power, but it was on sale and shipped already.

+1 for bass crossover, love my Schiit stack BTW, rock on!

[Request] For those of use with existing Schiit gear that we will not/cannot upgrade ... e.g. a Folkvangr ... what does the Forkbeard app show when some non-FB components are in the system?

Please come out with Left-Right balance control. It is a must for those of us with odd-shaped rooms and two or three walls in the listening space.

I bought the Kara as an intermediate balanced preamp until I move on to something else. It sounds terrible, way too forward and bright. I can't wait to change it out for something else, and give it away to one of my sons. I will give it away to them with the caveat that they might not like it and they should just give it away to somebody else.

I want that new DAC and Speaker Amp to come out!!!
