After install did you get any Check engine lights?
I did on 340i 2018, heat sheild fits flawlessly, no engine check lights, you gotta be careful with the MAF sensor though @retrokid62
As soon as you go over 90mph this thing will be hanging off
2020 m340i here and I have plenty of burbs. I love my year and find. Lol was a bitch to locate with only 28k miles but worth it.

Respectfully ordered this, took 1 month to ship, the instructions i got weren’t even for my steering wheel🤣 and the mf needles were flat at both ends 💀 How tf am I supposed to poke into something with a flat head 🤣 0-10 threw it away after 4 hours of attempting to get it to match up 10/10 DO NOT BUY

seems like that heat shield is for the COA and not the DP
Looks and sounds like very cheap plastic
That's the point. It's a throw away part. Don't pay a lot for a splitter, they get beat up. Buy cheap and just replace.
I think there is a round gasket that needs to be installed in the new downpipe, doesnt look like you put it in. Did you see if your stock one had it installed on the vclamp side of the downpipe?

Should unplug that maf first then take tbe sensor out. Never let it just dangle while youre working lol. Take it out put in in a bag til you reinstall
