Mine starts no problem at 10 one cycle of glow plugs and it’s good

I’ve fought many winter wars with the 7.3s and there is nothing that sounds angrier than a powerstroke cold started at -10 or less. That’s what block heaters are for boys, plug them poor dinosaurs in 👍

One thing I've noticed about Powerstroke diesels is they are a bitch to start even slightly above freezing. Fine if you live in Texas, but I'll still take a Detroit or old Cummins (or Caterpillar 3116 swap) over a Powerstroke. Don't get me wrong, they can be nice engines, they're just not practical below like 50 degrees
