bro, it won't make any difference or i can say barely noticeable, much better is upgrade your processor, cs2 it cpu bound game (70% cpu 30% gpu), if currently on am4 platform, your choices are 5700x, 5700x3d or if you can stretched your budget get 5800x3d (future proofing). and for the am5 get 7800x3d.

bro, if you can stretch your budget, much better to get 5700x3d it has very good lows fps which lessen/prevent stutters much smooth gameplay, X3D chips is meant for gaming, games love high L3 cache of X3D chips, for gpu get rtx 3070 aside from it has higher fps main reason is because graphics is much sharper and more responsive compare to rtx 3060 ti, base on my experience, don't buy radeon gpu because of bad performance in cs2, thank you for your comment and support bro.

@@demejmuxadze7302get 3600mhz ram to unlock amd's infinity fabric 1:1 ratio, use stretch 4:3 video resolution in cs2 and low graphics settings, copy my cs2 video settings.

bro disable vsync in nvidia control panel, adjust your fps max in video settings to 999 and try to optimize your windows search here in YT how to optimize windows 10, i hope this can help.

@@BenchmarKings Hi bro. i found the problem. I had the Steelseries GG program running in the background that was limiting my FPS. I turned it off and now averaging 280-300 fps. With game booster in Razer Cortex, i can get 328 avg fps. Thanks for the help

@@deodusio7012 i already got this cpu and my current setup is 5700x rtx 3060 32gb 3600 mhz ram. In deathmatch with 16 players i’m getting 300+ fps stable, in ranking 350-400+ fps. All setting are on low, res 1920x1080

Puedes limitar los FPS a 300 y mitigas muchos de esos problemas. Tienes mejor estabilidad y menos tirones... Con el Ryzen 7 7800X3D muchos lo limitan a 400FPS por la misma cuestión. Aunque yo lo juego sin limitar los FPS y no me baja a eso tampoco, pero puede ayudar mucho.
