I prefer dusknoir over togekiss. Dusknoir is broken it can get rid of pika’s ability, help shiny string cheese tank big hits on high hp Pokémon, and knock out most important 1 prizer on your opponents bench. Togekiss makes you use a togepi, togekiss, and candy for a 50% chance for an extra prize

I had one pre-order, but ended up canceling it. Wanna know why??? Well, it started when i bought a Temporal Forces Build and Battle kit, because i wanted some packs to try and pull a couple Buddy Buddy Poffins as i was short a couple. Didn't pull one, but i did pull a Prime Catcher! Cool, the Charizard ex League Battle Deck was still worth buying since the only Charizard ex i had was the Paldean Fates SIR, and ain't no way I'm running that version, unless I win the lottery. 1 week before the deck was due to launch, I bought Paldean Fates tin collection at Costco, and sure enough, I pulled 2 of the regular Charizard ex. At this point, I knew the PokeGods just wanted me to build the deck from scratch. "FIne" i said "I'll build it myself" so i canceled my preorder, used the money to buy everything else, which was the Pidgeots, Pidgeys, and a handful of trainers. By league day, everything had arrived, except the Pidgeys. I found 1 Obsidian Flames Pidgey in my bulk, so on my way to league, i bought 2 loose packs, and 2 booster bundles of Obsidian Flames to get the last bird. So i did, right???? ugh, no. Not 1 Pidgey, but 3 Pidgeotto? Sure, why the heck not? I don't even run Pidgeotto, as many don't. Thankfully someone was kind enough to donate a Pidgey, and my deck was complete. I ended up building a Dusknoir variant since my mentality this go around in the TCG is "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em". And what was the PokeGods reward for building the deck from scratch???? Gold Charizard ex in the 2nd to last pack of the 2nd bundle. I promise that is true... I couldn't make that up if i tried.

Sphene is titanite but i suppose swinging your sphene is a cooler attack than "tropical titanite" or whatever they wouldve called it if they went with that instead
