I need to point out, Charged is not the first game in the series. Super Mario Strikers on GC, Mario Strikers Charged on Wii, and Mario Strikers Battle League on Switch On a different note, I am disappointed with Battle League, but it’s good, Charged is INCREDIBLE and I really wish they remastered Charged 😅

music is the most disappointing for me like yeah this series core genre will always be rock but what made it stick was all the other cool genres they throw in aswell this especially hurt character themes because now most of them sound the same

I didn't expect everyone to remember this game that I love

I got blasted for comparing this game to Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash, but this is the Ultra Smash of Mario Strikers. 15 years fans waited for a glorified tech demo. And honestly? I'd call this game worse than Ultra Smash because say what you will about that game being empty and soulless, but it had actual variety, modes, and even stuff to unlock. Battle League? All the modes are the same, there's only one stadium, and the personality of the series has been sanitized. It does nothing new, nothing at all to push the series forward. And if anything, all it's done has tainted the series and Mario Sports as a whole, to the point where people don't even want a new Mario Sports game anymore. I hate this game. And quite frankly, it's my most hated game of all time.

Another problem is Nintendo will think no one is interested in Mario Strikers now. Which could mean we dont get another new Strikers game for a while or if ever.

Id rather play super mario strikers on the gamecube. Sad that a game relased in 2022 had less stadiums, less items, and only one more character than a game relased in 2005 on weaker hardware. Even after after all the updates it still has less items and only one more stadium than the first game. Wow you have more charcaters now than a game in 2005 and it took updates to get it up to speed and this up to speed is still less than charged. Yes, the first strikers' games stadiums did not have hazards; at least, they looked noticeable different, unlike the Battle League. It was the first game battle league was not so what was its excuse.
