Moving the rbs behind Hoover in the pistol had a huge impact. They get a chance to see the poor blocking develop and actually have a chance to make a play. Only took 9 games to figure it out

This is one of the greatetst victories in TCU history. What a great game against a tough foe with a long-time coach and obviously a talented team at the top o' their game. Bailey was definitely the star rusher with 59 yards on just 1 carry. A true star. I can't wait to see his second carry.

Im thankful for the win. However, I still believe the running game needs to be more phyiscal. A punishing running game will help the defense.

This week is a game the Frogs SHOULD win, and win handily. If Sonny can't have the team ready to perform against an OSU team that have pretty much mailed it in, then he isn't the answer moving forward. These next three games will define this program as currently constructed. Two games at home against teams where they most definitely should win easily, and one road game where they probably shouldn't. If they take all 3 and finish 8-4, then Sonny will have earned some confidence in his coaching abilities.

Good point about Coach Holgerson not helping much against Houston. I’ve always had a soft spot for him though. The guy always seemed to wear his heart on his sleeve. Also I remember the game when he patted Boykin on the ass after he had made an amazing run through half his team. Good luck to you Coach!

Not really. We are NOT supposed to be an average team struggling to win every damn game no matter who we are playing. Football is a coach centric game. There are just too many many holes in the ship.

Kendall’s run schemes are terrible and the new rb coach is bad. There’s no way that whole room is 3 ypc guys, and even Emani struggled at times last year with the best rb coach in football.

I think Sonny is an above average coach. I think he I good at identifying good young coaches which is why a lot of bigger programs pick them up. I think he is a CEO and lets the guys he hires do their thing. I think the Oline is a mess and they did they best they could to fix it with transfers and HS recruiting, problem is good Olinemen are made and it takes time and if one of them sucks it affects the entire unit. I do think RG is our weakness and if Cade B. Is playing the unit is drastically better. The other area is the DL, we simply don’t have enough dudes and part of that is injury, how different is it if Paul, MIO, and Deal never missed games. I think Dykes deserves another year. I think the team will be much better.

I am not optimistic about Sonny Dykes, even after the last few weeks.

They’re making things work in spite of trench play. If we can get our trenches consistently decent, we can be extremely good with the talent we have in other spots.

Sonny is a good man but he's terrible at evaluating talent.Remember he picked Chandler Morris as his starting Qb twice. And Cook as a starting rb hasn't worked out.Thats the problem with him he needs to hire a talent evaluator asap.

The gimmick running game will work long term. They need fix the running game. Even if it requires a shift in the offense philosophy

The first defensive series after halftime, the frogs looked great. The rest was a mess. I don’t understand having only 3 down linemen. No way you’ll do anything that way without them being superior athletes

I see the end results like everyone else, I don’t have the answers. I’m not paid to have the answers. However, I know who is paid to have them, and those people aren’t generating the results everyone expects. I simply can’t get hyped about next year with this same group of coaches.
