@voxinator3575 thanks brother. Loudness also depends on the header you're going to go with. Question is do you want it loud or are you just wanting a 3in exhaust? I daily another Type-S with a full buddyclub exhaust and stock header. That's the loudest of the shelf exhaust for the DC5 and it's no problem for me. It all depends on how you want it

Well I decide ima go with a skunk2 mega power rr and skunk2 alpha header for more power.

One more question as well I wanna buy a rbc intake manifold but idk how the ported thing works

@voxinator3575 mine is not ported it's a stock RBC however you have to cut the manifold to fit on K20a2 or Z1

The timing and air fuel ratios at 5800rpm and up were pretty good for my setup

@mounir9899 no clue, we just ran it with that tune to see what it makes then my tuner made a whole new one from scratch

Competition Clutch stage 2 with 11.5lbs flywheel

@@wiltfongdc5 I got an Action Clutch stage 2 but oem flywheel. So regret not getting a lightweight but then again would’ve needed a tune for the engine light

She's at 253k now, still runs just as hard but has a broken 2nd gear. She will be back by the end of next month

@Mansimran24 probably won't break the 3rd unless you're over 350whp I'd say. It's just the amount of power that's slammed into my 2nd gear when I'm really banging em that probably broke mine haha

Just eased into it until like 6k then punched it. All motor has instant response, no boost here

Stock 02-04 gears and 4.3 final drive with synchrotech hardened 2nd gear and carbon synchro, along with MFactory LSD

Mugen rear lip man. And there will be gains with a CAI for sure over the V2. Both are not bad though. Don't have to worry about hydro lock with the V2 but at the same time haven't had any issues with my CAI in heavy rain either

Whole exhaust gets welded together, then I had them weld a flange so it can bolt to the header

It's not too bad if you keep your foot steady. With the radio up cruising down the freeway it's bearable but when you're on it, it gets unbelievably loud haha

K20A2 and K20Z1 use the same oil pump brother, and technically the Z1 cams should be a little better but overall the engines are very identical. I'd say it definitely would make similar power
