Do you need to ground from the light my light has two wires one to ground and one for power

Ok thanks but what if i did do it that way and with the switch turn off but my light is still coming on

This was exactly the problem with my 03 Rancher, Thank you so much! Was a 10 minute fix once I knew what the problem was.

This helped me out sort my led rocker switch wiring, I am wiring up a relay to power a fan with a rocker switch that had a indicator light to show its on, by watching this video I learnt that I had all my wiring wrong 😅 and it's sorted now and makes sense and bonus I got the little led light working when rocker switch is on position and only operates when my ignition switch is on.

Since my reverse switch stopped working for my car. I plan on doing this and wire into my stock harness for reverse light. Would this orientation work? Supply to fusebox fuse tap Load to reverse light wire Ground to chassis

Can you just ground the toggle switch to any ground to get the indicator light to work or must go to battery negative?

I have 2003 honda recon 350 no power unless i put a jump box on it ran good but when I disconnected jump box it cut off so I said its the battery bought a new battery still wouldnt crank so I seen this video replaced solenoid replaced voltage regulator replaced 30 amp fuse I got battery tested they said its bad and my warranty is expired so I bought a starter still in box imma get a new battery and replace spark plug and hope for the best 😢😢😢 but since I got extra fuses imma check the fuse light and see if thats an issue cause I can turn it over as long as jump box connected to the battery
