Thanks man. 👍

Anyone that stumbles up on this video wishing they had AC and poor like me. ECC Auto Shop out of Florida sells the complete kit except the bracket to mount the compressor to your engine for a 3rd of what Vintage Air cost. If you’re poor like me. You will wanna check them out. I bought mine in the summer of 2024 and it was $550.00. I will be buying another this year for my 4wd.
The older I get and the more I see of people the more I like dogs and old machinery.
Thank you for the reply. In the meantime a friend borrowed me his genspring compressor which looked exactly the same but was HOLLOW and just about took me out when it folded with hardly any weight on it. The spring bounced around the shop, put a ding in the wifes charger, I haven't decided whether to tell her or not and practive the 5th if she asks. I look forward to watching all your stuff, Happy New year
Looks like you did a good repair on it.
That’s a cool ride.
Very cool!
On second viewing I see another M37 in the background?! What's up with that one?
The other one we did and engine swap on a couple years ago. Currently has tranmission issues. Waiting in line for repair
Sir, Is that a power steering pump I see? Thanks, Pvt Robert
@pvtrobert yes it is. Works well. Not sure what brand this aftermarket kit is. Uses a Saginaw steering box
Come on do a longer drive than that! That was a teaser!
Did you fabricate that entire replacement panel from scratch? Awesome background music again!!! 😎
Thanks. And yes i did.
Can this tool be used on a hydraulic press ?
i have used it in my press , however, i do not know if the manufacture would recommend that.
How much for a resistor shipped to 19962?
email me your name and address to greasyboykustoms@gmail.com ill send you a couple no charge
Thanks! It's been quite a few years since I've done this, it proved to me this is the tool I can use, and how to use it. Some videos show just using the threaded head against the center of the valve, is that OK or should I use one of the adaptors? Awesome job
i would try to avoid letting the threaded part contact the valve directly. its not likely it would do any damage , but better safe than sorry. if you get in a situation where you must, just put a small piece of wood, plastic or sheet metal in between to avoid any damage.
Love your choice of music here!!! It's perfect!!! 😆
I'm looking at a 65 and it's is the custom cab what all difference is it?
Custom cab is mostly cosmetic things like upgraded trim ,2 tone paint job and other accessories like inner door storage pockets.
Great job. Easy to understand and to the point.

I am planning out my 1964 Ford P500 Parcel Delivery 4x4 overlander conversion build :)
awesome. id love to do one of those!
Do you know the length of the brake hoses? I just ordered this kit for my 85 and would like to find some longer hoses before hand so I can be ready to install.
Somewhere between 18 and 20 inches based on a rough measurement I took after they were installed. Another 2 inches would give you plenty of slack.
anybody know if a quart will do a whole long bed truck fram ?or do i need a gallon?thanks
im pretty sure it will. the gallon took me almost a year to use up. you can reduce this down just like paint as well. up to 20%. that will help it spread easier and get you more usable product. so far, spraying it in a paint gun has been my favorite method. i used a cheap amazon spray gun and it worked well.
Are you able to install 15" wheels with this kit?
No unfortunately, the stock 15 inch wheels hit the calipers
It's nice to see one *not* getting a small block, Hemi, or similar!!!
Who’s truck is that?
BOOGER
Is the best. he fixed my future truck
Dirty Dan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉
I just put manual valves in my 63 but I was thinking about using this kit
I like my manual valves. The failure was partially my fault for not maintaining my air system ,overall I think the electric set up is cleaner. I like it so far
Another 230? What specs was it built to?
Bored .030 over out of necessity but outside of that it is stock. That is all I know as I did not do the rebuild.
What did you end up doing with that 2.7 ecoboost. Mine started smoking too and I'm thinking about saying srew it and 5.0 swap it
I ended up selling it for what I owed and bought a 94 f250 with the 7.3 idi then sold that for a 04 f250 with a 6.0 Way more reliable just not nearly as smooth down the highway haha. I do miss those heated seats . Seems like 2.7 engines are getting more hate everyday. Kinda glad it's gone
Good job and on the editing to..
Looks like what we did with Old Grumpy, 53 M37!
A technician that has been neglecting his *own* project car??? That's unusual!!! 😉😆
Hahah. Right
Great Job!
Thanks!
That came out so clean! I'll have to keep an eye out for it around town.
Can you upload a video on how to wire it up?
Sorry. That customer vehicle has been gone for a while. The wiring is basic. There is nothing special for this particular receiver. I used existing ignition power, battery power, and grounds already in the vehicle . If you meed something specific about the wiring let me know and I'll try my best to assist
When I do this my alternator starts clicking loudly. ?
That is a first for me. I've done this on several and not had any issues. It may be a defect in the internal regulator. Not sure without having my hands on it
👍
Any advice on how to wire this up for it to work in the 66?
I totally get your point on building a crossmember or buy a prefab one and installing it. The reason I would build it is the fact that I would keep all of the money involved at my shop. Instead of give the money for building it to another company and I only make money on the install of there crossmember. That being said. You probably have enough work waiting to be done on other customers projects. You just want to keep things moving. 👊🏻😎
I have a 46 stake side that looks just like yours, 100hp flathead, 4-speed
Doesn't stay the way it looks when first put on ...starts to fade away .But hey if you got rusty car trailer an want to look a bit better than paint away..but just so ya know it seems to sink or whatever you want to call it. But seems fade away
I just made a deal on a 65 Ranchero missing parts of the floor pan here and there. I like the way you braced the floor on that one. I think I’m going to adopt, “your way,” when replacing mine. Thanks for the content.
This is 100% accurate, and a good idea!!! 😉
I would give yourself a little bit of length too on each. Just in the event need quick fix and don't want to repin the connector running all new wire.
did you or do you have video of replacement of block heater?
Sorry, but I have not
Great video My friend I have a Dodge Coronet 70 V8 360 Engine with alum radiator mechanic fan no termostate and the temperature is over 90C when the car is low What Can I do for solving this issue
