No problem, this is a common issue. 1) Collapse the roller assembly 2) Pull out the roller assembly (with shaft still attached. 3) Place roller assembly on SIDE of a table or workbench. 4) Get a small screwdriver and a small hammer and tap the shaft FROM THE FRONT. This will make the shaft held wothin the roller assembly pop out. If the keyway is still noticable when looking through the hole where the shaft just exited, you shouldn't have to replace it. I have the zombie edition M887 and got to say I love it. You just have to be a man about running it. No problems at all in about 10 years of shooting it. I wasn't crazy for the bright green zombie edition so now its fde.

I still have the 1st iteration of this 5.56, and it has always been my “ Go to “ favorite of all the weapons I own. I just recently converted my Ruger SR556 to a bull pup configuration, and love it even more, because of the compactness of it, and still maintaining its ruggedness, reliability, and importantly……it’s overall accuracy. Definitely a game changer 😉👍

I’ve had one for many years and have had zero issues, always worked, reliable and is a beast. Shoots all rounds reliably and even the 1 3/4” stubby shells. Mines built up for home defense and it’s always ready to go. Best shotgun I’ve ever owned and still gets compliments to this day.

I homestly dont know why people buy factory rifles anymore. You can build to your exact preferences for equal or less most of the time.

I have two of their Ruger 556 mid-length carbines, and then bought the 'MPR' for reaching out further. So far, all three of them haven't disappointed (Nearly 4 years for the 556's, 2 for the MPR). You DO need to give them a variety of projectile weights, just to see which they prefer, but aside from that, enjoy! Thanks for taking the time to make, and then share this video! :-)

Mannn!!! That's a beautiful place to practice shooting! You're so fortunate to be there. Is that private property, or just an outdoor range open to the public? I hate having to go to the typical indoor ranges where there are so many idiots creating major safety hazards or just doing stupid stuff.

I love this MPR! Is a workhorse and hasn’t had any issues. Very little recoil and an extremely SMOOTH trigger.

Got one back in the day. Still in my safe. Got it cause it looked awesome. $400.

It was hard to remove pins to remove upper from lower. And it can't shoot steel case ammo to save your life. But I still like it lol just don't shoot steel case through It.

I have been experimenting with different 223 & 5.56 ammo in my Ruger MPR. Last week I narrowed it down to Hornady 223 73 gr ELD match, consistent sub-MOA. That ammo had best results out of 14 different manufactures and weights from 55 gr to 77 gr in 223 & 5.56.

I assure you.. it is not an “MOE” rifle 😂. But we know what you meant.

I have had an 887 tactical since they come out. Always liked the look. I personally have had no issues. i have around 500 rds through it. I have checked the recall several times mine is not affected. Great video. These will probably become more rare Gonna keep mine 4ever. Be sure to check your serial number online cause not a lot of tactical 18 inch home defense with the door breach choke models are affected by the recall.

Nice video. The half rotational throw what you 1st is considered military half spin and can be thrown from mulitdistances by adjusting the blade length. A Very power way to throw a knife throw. That is why it comes from the combat style of knife throwing.

I purchased one in 2011, I have shot 2,000 rounds through it, not one malfunction. With a reflex sight, this thing is a beast, I am keeping it.
