An SCP that can do AOE damage is interesting. I think 457 should bleed its fuel slowly and lose HP over time, and scale in power for every kill.

I think instead of using those pipes you could make him refuel and regain shield by using humans' body fat which is also flammable. Adding this to the game is easier than usage of those pipes but i dont know if its true

You forgot the most important addition: Adding MTF Epsilon 9 "The Fire-Eaters" Which would all automatically spawn with Fire protection suits, and Fire extinguishers. MTF Epsilon 9 would be the main way for other human classes to obtain fire suits. also, it would be a cool idea if SCP-457 could pick up grenades and flashbangs from the ground, And "Crush them" for fuel. And, it would be cool if SCP-457 would be completely resistant to bullets, and explosions, therefor MTF Epsilon 9 Would be basically the only "easy" way to contain SCP-457. Basically SCP-457 would and should be fuckin' Overpowered until MTF Epsilon 9 spawn.

This may be a little bit OP. He could have like 1000 HP and like 2500 shield which he can only regain by killing players, because of this it would be a bit easier to start the sprinklers, and you when you activate the sprinklers you can no longer regenerate his shield at all. and there could be fire extinguishers that would temporarily stop shield regeneration. and take a little bit of shield, on other players and scps it can blind anyone in the area like a smoke room until they leave the room/area. 457 also cannot passively regenerate shield. he can also drag body's around at a slower rate but if he drags them for too long the body's will be burned. and can no longer be used to regenerate his shield. if he consumes enough fuel from body's he can create a clone of himself that will walk around the specific area/zone and when it sees a player nearby it will follow and attack the player. the player can either use the extinguisher which would permanently defeat the clone or leave the proximity of the clone/leave the zone.

I was thinking that 457's fourth phase would resemble something akin to a fire whirl (look it up) since 457 doesn't neccesarily have to take on a humanoid form.

i think that instead of a sprinker system you should add constant hp drain like maybe 5k hp with 1 a second and then every kill brings him 500-1k hp because the human burning counts as fuel, but if you go over 5k the speed increases to 2 a second every 1k higher you are above 5k, but i guess the sprinkler system could make his cap 1k maybe
