I have been digging into this as well. The original recording (except The Night, Assassin's Night, which was first perfomed in 1976) can be traced back to a trade tape called "1974_Shizuoka_Bussharitou". However this is a false date, the Rallizes did not perform there that year. On the bootlegs "Studio & Soundboard 73-77" and "Are You Rallizesed?", the date is sourced from there and is incorrect.

from me no, i do not have any rights to this film. digital transfers are hard to come by for this video but you can refer to torrent sites for any existing transfers. the only other option is a physical copy of the video.

The Last One Musique manages the rights to Rallizes recordings on streaming services. I have no connection to them, this is an unofficial remaster which was made using several bootlegs.

This is true. While Η σεξουαλική πολυρρυθμία is not a song by Les Rallizes Dénudés it has shown up several times in media relating to the Rallizes. Notably, former photographer of the band Aquilha Mochizuki used Η σεξουαλική πολυρρυθμία as background music for photo exhibitions on his youtube channel. The track also appeared briefly on the unofficial Les Rallizes Dénudés bootleg "Laid Down '76" from pirate label Univive. Including it in this bootleg compilation was something of an easter egg for longtime Rallizes fans. Who knows though, maybe its appearance in such media suggests Sweet Movie was a favorite surrealist film of the group? This is just food for thought, great observation nonetheless!

@@gasman_ idk they did similar arrangements in November 75 and January 76 with the Midnight gangstar/Wild Trips Pt 4 concert. Its likely from between then and maybe December 76, since they started playing it faster around then like how you hear in 77 LIVE. Its really close to the Jittoku version which was about 3 months before the Rock Kid Heavy Concert, so it certainly is possible but idk. Also im pretty sure the website isnt perfect and there are dates missing so it could be from another concert that year, its clearly an outside performance at a large festival which would be hard to miss documenting wise but still. I remember the testimony said they only played for about 10 minutes, this is 9, so that also lines up pretty well and supports the theory.

@@psychrestore9610 This is a fair observation, especially considering your comparison to the show at Jittoku Live House in July of 1976. Personally I feel this is the correct show as there is a lot of subject matter which lines up with the firsthand testimony of the concert. However, if any information surfaces about another possible outdoor show in the future I will change the video info accordingly. Thank you very much for your honest observation!

super interesting boot. i totally agree that the venue on the tape seems odd and ill-fitting, but i also don't know why this very real, semi-obscure venue would be incorrectly listed as the place where this was recorded

The audio was obtained from a fellow Rallizes enthusiast named Enohai. They happened to have .flac copies of several Rallizes bootlegs, including the audio from this show. Their collection was hosted on Mega, but the folder closed about a month ago since they stopped paying for the monthly subscription.
