I think the weirwoods are fungus but from another planet. I think the Gods Eye is where it landed, the lake could be the impact crater and this would explain why it seems to be a center of power for the weirwoods.

I always imagined Clubs and Spook as having dark skin. Dunno why. Almost like Caribbean. Also, I imagined the Lord Ruler as having long, sleek, straight black hair, like the style that Lucius Malfoy has in the movies. Also, I envisioned Elend as a blonde. Also, I envisioned Vin as much smaller. Even at age 21, I imagined she looked like she was 15. Almost no curves, very skinny, small, but with a hardened face. Like, anywhere she goes, she is always the smallest person in the room. But that's just me. I really like these imaginings.

Nice video, but Iv'e always seens the Aiel waste as huge plothole and mess of a contradictions. There a multiple passages in the books where the Aiel mention that they have never seen rain in their lives. Even in the Sahara it rains at least once a year, while in the grand canyon it rains multiple times a year. Meaning that according to the description of the Aiel, the waste should be more arid than anything we have on earth. So how come there is no rain, but there are plants and animals? Even the sturdiest of plants can only go without rain for 1-2 years. How come they can dig so easily for water? If it hasent rained in centuries then the water should be almost as deep as oil, not enough for plants to reach. How come there are Oases if there are no rivers or aquifers? It has to be irrigated by something for it to happen, and if there is no rain at all and no rivers, well... you see, it shouldnt work. I think RJ tried to make it way too arid, contradicting his writings about fauna and plants.

in the 70s GRRM wrote a story called "Men of Greywater Watch". It's about a group of scientists on an alien planet where a hive-minded fungus exists that can mind-control animals and possibly humans (it more likely just manipulates them by sending visions). what is interesting is that there is a tree that resembles a weirwood and it's implied that this may actually be part of the fungus as people start to get paranoid after it appears.

Most I liked but Jasna seemed to be a different race than her family lol. And Lift seemed a bit off. Wit, I guess Hoid in disguise. I'd love to have Brandon do this with his team and give us all his approval for how they'd look in real life. Put it in the next Arcanum Unbound. But gotta be a lot of characters from The Cosmere.
