All the locations (so far) are in the UK and are a variety of Town Walks, Seaside locations, Special Attractions and 'Tourist Flight' aerial tours intended for you to simply enjoy the ride and the views.
Some video's have dialog, though I am very aware that I need to gain experience and improve greatly in that art. Other videos just have text or music.
Either way, I hope you find something to enjoy, and please leave a 'like' and a comment, as they are all very much appreciated and do help the channel grow.
Thank you very much for watching!

Lyme Regis
In this video, we take a brief ride around the sea front and the Cobb at Lyme Regis on a beautiful, calm summer morning before things get busy. It's an excellent way to appreciate the appeal of this quintessentially English seaside resort.
What still remains of traditional England can be found and enjoyed in gems such as Lyme Regis.
I will be filming another video in the town and sea front soon, this time a walk about at street level, so please subscribe to the channel so that you don't miss it.
Thank you for watching, and enjoy the trip!

It isn't cheap but it would be certainly be a memorable experience. These ships were the type of vessel used by ...
Corfe Castle, A Brief History

Hi all, and welcome to this very brief introduction to the history of Corfe Castle in south Dorset. Having walked around the castle once, I can tell you that it's a whole lot easier to do the tour by air! Flying also meant that I was able to capture the steam engine as it passed on the Swanage to Wareham Railway. If you've never visited Corfe before I would certainly recommend it for your 'to d...

Walking along the busy Earlham Road towards the city centre, you cannot fail to notice the grey stone of the Grade 1 Catholic Cathedral, Norwich’s second Cathedral, towering above you. If you're observant you may spot a discreet brown sign, indicating a heritage attraction. Proceed through an open stone gat...

Hylands House is a beautiful grade II* listed neo-classical Georgian villa set in 574 acres of parkland. The original ...

The Cerne Abbas Giant, History on the Hill

THE CERNE ABBAS GIANT About 8 miles north of Dorchester you'll find this iconic figure. The Cerne Abbas Giant, or Cerne Abbas Man as some prefer, doesn't appear on the historical record until the 17th century. There are many ideas about who made him, when and why. But here at Towns & Estates we have our own thoughts based on the research done for a future program we have planned on this subject...

Greetings from Redondo Beach 🇺🇸🇺🇸Wonderful ship and still sailing ⛵️
Gibraltar español
These lovely ships sailed from Mexico to Philippines.....from Peru to Flandes....amazing trips for the 16th century
lo pude ver el jueves pasado en St. Katharine docks en Londres, maravilloso.
Question... question where would the bathroom and toilets be...Cos when U gotta go, U just gotta go...😊😅😂
Wow.

A real beauty !
La bandera mas bonita del mundo❤

Magnifique galon Espagnol les plus beaux une merveille 👍
hearing the seagulls and seeing the majestic Andalucia make this video great
I remember being on the with captain Barbossa
At least one doc explains correctly that this is a 16th Century spanish Galleon ....with 500 tons, while the 17th and 18th Century were 1,500 tons and 2,000 tons.
Spanish can recreate a Ship from 16 hundreds and sail around the glove, but NASA cannot recover the tech to return to the moon 60 years ago?
I think she was originally Spanish but EU, Britain and USA all helped and contributed to her restoration.
@@emmsue1053estas delirando😂😂
@@emmsue1053 You think wrong: if you ask ChatGPT about it, you will get this: “The Galeón Andalucía was built in Spain between 2008 and 2010, and is a replica of 17th century Spanish galleons. The construction was carried out under the direction of the Nao Victoria Foundation, a Spanish organization dedicated to the reconstruction and promotion of historic ships. Some of the main participants in the construction of the Galeón Andalucía are: -Nao Victoria Foundation: this foundation was the main driving force behind the project. It specializes in the reproduction of historic ships and is known for its reconstructions of historic Spanish ships. -Astilleros de Punta Umbría: the shipyard where the construction took place is located in Punta Umbría, Huelva, Spain. It was a key place in the construction process of the galleon. -Shipwrights: The construction of the galleon required the participation of master shipwrights, specialized in the construction of wooden ships in the traditional style. -Naval historians and experts: To ensure historical accuracy, naval historians were involved to study and recreate the plans of the original galleons. Architects and naval construction experts were also involved to ensure that the ship was faithful to the ships of the era. There was no direct involvement of the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union in the construction of the Galeón Andalucía. The project was promoted and executed mainly by Spanish institutions and experts, such as the Nao Victoria Foundation, with the aim of recreating Spain's maritime history.” If you do not know something with certainty, do not affirm it because you are leading those who read you to erroneous knowledge, even if you would have liked things to be different.
@@fontantorres3938 ¡Como les jode que durante 300 años no pudieran ni acercarse a nuestra Armada! 🤣
@@emmsue1053 And it is not a restoration but a complete construction of a new ship that faithfully reproduces a Spanish galleon of the 17th century.🤦♂
The vessel type is Nao not Galleon. A Galleon is bigger than this one. This is the replication of the vessel that navigated the whole world with the Captain Juan Sebastian de Elcano in the 16th century.
Thank you for the info, it's interesting to learn more about it. Circumnavigating the world on a vessel such as this was certainly a job for the brave! It's a truly beautiful ship and felt very steady (when moored), but what it would have been like in a mid Atlantic storm at night...... well.
Este barco sí es un galeón,la nao Victoria es bastante más pequeña,por internet puedes encontrar facilmente información incluso encontrar imágenes de los dos barcos juntos y ver la diferencia ya que existe una réplica de la nao victoria
Yes , besides what you commented, I who am not very knowledgeable about this matter, do have the impression that galleons had quite a higher board .
No Juan,es un Galeón.
Es un galeón de 500 tn...se llegaron a construir hasta de 2000 tn. Esta réplica es de un galeón de los pequeños pero como estos navegaron por cientos a Filipinas y América

In 1968, at age 14, I spent about two weeks in early summer in and around Sidmouth. The movie theater was showing "Thoroughly Modern Millie". The sea water was a bit cold for swimming. And then days of rain came in, enough to cause the river to flood a little in the town and enough to bring down a landslide onto the beach from the high ground east of town. Probably Sidmouth has grown since I was there. Interesting to see it from the air.
Very cool and interesting 👏
Thank you @Saved_Souls95 that's very much appreciated 👍.
Um .... Sidmouth is in Devon, not Dorset!
Ooops! Sorry Devon, my bad. Thank you very much @vern1588 for flagging that, I will put it right straight away. I've filmed so much in Dorset that writing it seems to have become force of habit.
No worries 😅 It's my home town. Great video though.
@@vern1588 It's one of my favourite places and I'm pleased to say I'll be back there in September to make another contribution to the local economy and get a better street level 'walk about' video I hope.
Went on her a few weeks ago in Cardiff bay
Cheers for the comment @pauldupre8894 👍
I toured the Andlucia when she visited Baton Rouge in 2017. She's a beautiful ship. She was moored next to the USS Kidd (DD661) and, while not very large herself, the old WWII destroyer simply dwarfed the little galleon. Not too sure I'd want to ride out heavy seas in something that small. It says a lot about the bravery and fortitude of the men in the age of sail that explored to e world in ships like this.
Thanks for the comment. I think one of the wall plaques in the Noble Area marked her visit to Baton Rouge. She felt pretty sturdy moored on a peaceful day, but I certainly wouldn't want to find myself onboard her mid Atlantic in a gale-force storm at night.
and this would be big at that time, Juan Sebastián Elcano made the first trip around the world in a much smaller shell, greetings from Andalucía, Spain!
@@townsandestatesEs un Galeón
When I first saw it berthed at Yarmouth, I thought we had taken another prize ...... 😉
A very nice prize too
Yes, like the San Ignacio de Loyola (El Glorioso) and “so many others”, if you mean those kinds of prizes.🤣
Great video! Had no idea there was a ship like this sailing around the world still
Thank you @tyler23764, nor did I. Having now see it, I'm kinda glad there is.
Es una réplica
Nice video!
Cheers @olliestudio45 I'm still very much a rookie at this, so lots of room for improvement.
Saw the ship last year at Brixham pirate Festival. Love the fact it's mostly black, makes it look very imposing.
Imposing is definitely the right word. Thank you for your comment.
My ancestor was Secretary of State Sir Francis Windebank, I believe he had some ties to Corfe Castle. So it’s my favourite castle.
Thank you very much indeed for your comment, that's a really interesting connection you have to what was such a significant event in English history.
Hi ! I'm blown away by the production value of this flying video. The attention to detail in every frame is remarkable. The choice of music enhances the overall experience. The pacing of the video is spot-on, keeping me engaged and wanting to see more. This video deserves all the praise it receives!!Very big like(12) 👍👍👍!Have nice day!!
Thank you very much indeed, wow! I'm still on a steep learning curve with flying and post production skills, and a very long way from perfect, so your comment is extremely encouraging. Thank you again, I really appreciate your comment a lot.
good place to put your illegal aliens
Sorry, this was an interesting video. I can’t cope with the music neither the volume of it or how intrusive it is.
Picky-picky
@@Paulftate Yes, I probably am a bit. But I'm also dyslexic and find that I can't block out the music, so that I can listen to the narration.
Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it. Yes you're right the music is too loud, will not make that mistake again.
@@townsandestates I am sorry to be negative about your video, and I was interested in the history and background. So I thought it was worth mentioning.
I'm grateful for your comment, and I don't feel that it was negative at all. it was constructive criticism that helps me in my efforts to improve what I'm doing, I hope. One thing I have learnt is that turning out good videos isn't as easy as some people here manage to make it look, but I will keep going. I get the feeling that in general people prefer videos with narration rather than just music or neither, but I could be wrong. Thanks again for your comment.
Looking forward to the follow up videos
Thanks Lewis, yes me too, and I want to do a much better job of it this time. There's a lot of history to Hylands House and a lot more to the grounds than can be properly shown by drone. I'm currently finishing off a video on Corfe Castle in Dorset which will be uploaded on Monday all being well, but the 'proper' Hylands video is well overdue now.
Wow ! my home country is the united states
It's a great country. My brother and sister both live there.
SOUTHWOLD - a very quiet and unchanged seaside resort, have been here a few times... Good steady drone photography capturing the expensive and colorful beach huts!
Thank you very much for the comment, and yes you're correct about the beach huts. They are colourful and extremely expensive. I've heard they can sell for a six figure sum.
@@townsandestates I was born and raised in England before moving to California... the beach huts were always expensive and had a waiting list. But the high prices were never justified, especially as they have no electric/water or sewage connections. And let's be honest, the renters were usually absent most of the time. Southwold is a pleasant enough place, but it's not Santa Barbara or Morro Bay!
Yes, there are a huge number of 'outsiders' who have property in Southwold... rented out as holiday lets, so the town is very much quieter out of season. Although we do have a friend that owns one of the beach huts and she does actually live in Southwold. But I think the only fair comparisons that can be drawn between Southwold and Santa Barbara is that they both start with the letter 'S' and both have the letter 't' as their fourth letter. Oh and they are both beside the sea of course.
@@townsandestates The town is quiet alright, the kind of place Patrick McGoohan might have chosen for 1960s TV's THE PRISONER, if he hadn't been able to film at Portmeirion. That would've been fitting for a place that George Orwell once lived... and being that I'm almost 70 now, the Southwold pace of life would suit me too!
Nice video, beautiful view, thank you for sharing, 👍5 + Sub.6 ✌ - From Canada
