Re-doing the first few videos I created; stay tuned!
Please watch my “Short” first, so you can get an overview of the workout program.
The workouts will be a combination of what I’ve learned through being a trainer at Equinox and Orangetheory.
The goal is 20 minute workout in the morning… 20 minute workout in the afternoon … and 20 minute workout in the evening …
If you only do one 20 minute workout a day, that’s great too!
