Thanks! I was hoping to make it back this past weekend for the 86 Cup event, but it didn't work out.

Exactly....if this is open passing I didn't see an issue with the passes. What I did see was the driver of the video not holding the correct racing line which opens you up to all sorts of inside and outside passing from faster cars.

I only got as high as HDPE 3, drivers in front had to signal for you to pass

I was literally thinking the same thing - this must be SpeedVentures LOL. I was at CVR on Friday 2/16 for the test and tune right before the NASA weekend and was glad to leave at lunch. Place was a mad house with terrible drivers.

@snell2k yea the CVR open days are like wild wild west sometimes 😆 Not many NASA drivers are there for that. I've been to many Speedventures events and they've been ok. Sometimes you get a crazy group like this one in the video 🤷‍♂️

@@Alanvictoryoung oddly enough I got my heart rate monitor for mountain biking and just so happened my lap timer (RaceChrono) had heart rate capability! I was really surprised how intense it is, I've even seen upwards of 170bpm on really hot days :o

Go out and have fun! Only thing to be careful of is using the brakes too much. A lot of the turns out there need very little braking.

@@BearMOTORing Yea, this channel is just raw hot laps and autocross runs. I will run with 86 Cup if they are at a track close enough to me. I will be at the Chuckwalla event in a few weeks, Dec. 2nd/3rd.

Thanks! Yea one spot in particular on this track it got pretty low, off camber long sweeping turn made it worse than most.

Thanks, I was on the OEM Michelin PS4's at the time. Car was almost stock except for catback, camber bolts, pads and fluid.

Thanks! Yea it's hard to not lean without a seat, I also have to brace myself with my knees. Race seat obviously fixes that issue. The HANS is a Simpson Hybrid-S, it is designed to be used without a harness bar. In my full time race car I have a roll bar with regular HANS.

Also how come you have different stud lengths for front and rear?

@@emerica21321 Yes, I use the lug nuts with OEM 18" wheels. I use the 2.5" ARP in the rear because it is much easier to install. 3" stud in the rear requires taking the axle nut off. See video on my main channel: ruclips.net/video/mddmTpU_lgQ/видео.html
