Do they only pay per parcel or per parcel + per hour?

If we are using amazon van to deliver means fuel and insurance covered by amazon.but use our car to/from reach amazon wharehouse,can we claim mileage allowance on our car???

I got settled status in UK and amazon flex suspended my account and said I failed on right to work. I sent all my documents (NIN, Drive UK, Settled share code, Settled outcome, P60 and P45) still suspended. I uploaded by app and after did that, the photo looks like not much visible. Evri cannot ever manage to deliver anything to me from Amazon ! They must be stealing my orders. They have no idea where my order is. Eventually Amazon always end up giving me a Refund. Evri have instructions on how to find my house and they have my phone number. They are useless !!!

I did my 1st day training.. 10 o'clock.. Then they said can you do some as a warm up. I said yes. Sent me 60 parcels... Was raining.. Nobody was home. Was doing drops in muti story office blocks.. Taking 15 plus mins each. Took me 4 and half hours... Made about £30...£10 fuel £3 insurance.... So £17. Devise by 7 hours including training and loading.. 17 decide by 7 hours. £2.odd an hour.

We have been using this service and have the same problem with delivery confirmation. Got in trouble with Amazon as they require 95% valid tracking numbers and this service wasn't providing enough scanned numbers. Royal Mail told be they don't guarantee delivery confirmation. What a Joke! I was definately mis-sold this service. Not how it was described to me originally at all.

EVRi, is a complete joke having placed orders that as a customer receiving a parcel you do not know which company they are going to use for delivery. Yes you get notified of a parcel having been collected for delivery, though when you receive your package is a mystery. On a few occasions a parcel went missing or damaged in transit. Where I sending a package to someone they are one of the last services I would recommend. Fell bad for the poor delivery people who are under paid.

I spoke to my current insurance and they said I am not allowed to deliver deliveries and they wont allow any other hire and reward insurance while having a normal social insurance so I dont know how to go a head with these pay as you go insurances?

I did one day with them a week ago. It was my first and my last day. Picking up and collecting from shops/post offices/etc, delivered about 300 parcels, collected over 1100 and returned to depot, then had to unload the van. I’m no stranger to hard work, spent 16yrs in the motor trade, but this was backbreaking work, and by the end of the day, I’m sure my van was over the 3.5T weight limit, clutch burn was insane and brakes barely worked. Everything you said in this video is wholly truthful. Avoid Evri.

You are correct-Royal Mail is terrible at explaining how the process works. The application and pricing have been confusing since day one. We started creating labels only to find out that they didn't provide us with bags; we only received labels and cable ties. So, how are we supposed to leave parcels at the Post Office before we get the bags? By the way, you're the first person I've heard mention that we need to create another account for supplies. So now we have an OBA account, a C&D account, and a Supplies account. Royal Mail should make everything accessible in one place. Why is the OBA account completely separate from the C&D account? It's such a hassle. But thanks for your video-it really helped me out!

well thats £ 52 a day £260 a week around that ... sorry bud i worked on a farm for £40 a week and a top up by the government £100.00 a week no joke when the thatcher bitch was in thats all that was going ,, my wife's family are in Durham i know how it is there bud ,, but in the end Envii are the worst of all delivery co out there lessen to this guy

As someone who has done Amazon DSP on the side and has an engineering background/career, I find the whole concept of Amazon DSP work being self-employed crazy. It is disguised employment and I'm not sure why IR35 doesn't come into play, for me this makes Amazon viable as I put the money I made through my accounts to fund ventures but for most people its just a huge loss of employment benefits. Many DSPs do not pay minimum wage with hours considered and you have no control over the number of parcels, stops, routing, breaks, or driving policies, you're not empowered to reject faulty vans or excessive routes, and you're micromanaged. No part of this Job is self-employed people are just being exploited and im baffled that the HMRC or Government hasn't stepped in, its a zero hours contract but worse.

They always make out the rate of pay is OK. Until you take fuel and insurance off. About £5-6 pph net.

They get round the pay by saying 11-13pph but that is before insurance and fuel cost. so you are looking at 7-8 pph net, they depreciation and wear and tare on the van. i am self employed as an engineer but sometime work is slow as in no work for4-5 months. looked into delivering, the numbers do not stack up. if i already had an electric van where i could eek out the charge at home cost then maybe. but you would need a big van for 10-12hrs a day and maximise the parcels per hour. delivering unfortunately is an immigrant starter job now. Any one running a business could get Everi in ship shape in no time.
